Would I get more kilometres with F10?

Yes I have found I get extra KM's using F10 obviously as it keeps the system clean injectors etc. I found when towing my van I get 80 to 100 km more. I do fill with Premium fuel 98 every 2nd or 3rd time and that could be a factor as well.

Has my tank got to be completely empty before you add f 10 to the tank

no gary if you have half a tank just do half the required amount if you go over i was told thats ok it does"nt affect the car , truck, or boat. and ive done double dosage and no problems cheers Wayne

I would recommend putting in the full dose of F-10 into 1/2 a tank then driving to the fuel station to fill up the rest of your tank. This would assist in mixing the F-10 into the fuel. I put about 50ml into my first tank of fuel with no problems.
