Served by Eric. His Response was fast and spot on.
Company poses as doing a survey for "Australian Research Centre". Which does not actually exist.
Customer service – Sheila prompt with my issue and very helpful. Issue was resolved
It's a scam – Scam callers off private numbers. Have received several calls from them trying to talk to me. Not cool.
Harvesting Personal Information by implying they are gathering data for the Australian Government – I completed a short phone call survey that I thought was being completed by the Australian Government. It turned out to be a private company (iCustomer) harvesting personal information. I was called back by a iCustomer consultant who appeared to be reading from a script with a lot of buzz words about reducing tax and building wealth, but there was… Read more
not real content. It sounded like a scam and after reviewing this company online, I would suggest avoiding
A Legitimate Service – I too was contacted by a man from iCustomer advisory who was following up from a phone survey i did before Christmas. I had no issue with the call as he was very polite and I did remember being told i may get a call back and thought its a sales call. I did look them up to find they have been around for over a decade offering strategies on how to… Read more
get rid of mortgage debt faster through a one on one chat with an expert. I was not going to leave a review initially as i chose not to use this service but after coming to Product review to check them out I was rather disappointed to find that from 6 reviews only 1 person actually used their service and everyone else seemed to be annoyed from getting a follow up call. This does not help me as i wanted to know how they add value and I wish more would actually use a service before just leaving reviews on a whim. I gave the fellow called Rick 5 stars for his excellent phone manner and not trying to sell me anything even though i declined their service.
Tricked – Yeah you do a survey to win 1000 bucks then they call you back to talk about restructuring your morgage to maximise wealth. Seems like a scam. The guy talked for 5mins and i could barley get a word in.
Deceitful – I'm disgusted with this company. I thought I was doing the right thing via the government and answering research questions after the pandemic, but no, I was being set up for marketing by this company. It's deceitful and disgusting. SCAM!
Unexpected - but great for our family – I was hesitant when I received the call. I took the time to listen (somewhat warily lol). I ended up meeting with an expert and we have made some great financial moves. Super excited to see where it goes.
Scam call – Like others here, I first received a call from the "Australian Research Centre", which elicited personal financial information from me in the name of independent research on the cost of living crisis. The next day, I received a call from "iCustomer" following up on those details and trying to sell me their services. I then looked up the… Read more
"Australian Research Centre" and it didn't exist. These people are using a scam to lure people in. This makes me think that one should be skepitcal of their product.
Spam Research Call – Tricked into independent research then called by ICustomer using the info I gave in the independent research. Poor tactic - stay away
This is spam or a [Content Removed]. Property spruikers – Very unethical calling up to find information under the heading of research through an automatic service. Then funneling you into a referral network of property spruikers. I am sure plenty will fall for this. I am hoping not. Please be aware of what you are getting into.
Dyson v10 customer service – Excellent service at Taren Pt. Highly commend the product and service.
Don't waste your time – They call up with "demographic research", then call you back and offer to provide free financial advice. There are some pressure sales tactic elements present. I ended up being spam called by them 10 times in 90 minutes. Called back and left an angry voice mail, asking them to never contact me again. I would advice anyone considering their… Read more
services to stay away.
If you want financial advice - pay for it with your own money, rather than giving your information to god knows who.
