I pro hearing aids a scam – Don't bother. I only received one hearing aid when I ordered 2 and when I tried to get in touch with them they are no longer trading. One big scam!

Terrible – I'm trying to send hearing aids back .but they say I need to send them to address in China ??? Plus they say they cant understand why I dont want them !!! And that I should keep them ??

Very disappointed – I have had my Starky brand inner ear hearing aids for two and a half years. Less than two years of which I haven’t actually had them both together as the right hand one was continuously faulty and returned numerous times to get fixed. $6000 plus! I’m told the cover shattering is not covered under warranty. I’ve asked several times for a quote to repair and have had no responses. The service initially from ihear was great but not now. Come on ihear do the right thing and replace both free of charger or do I need to make a complaint with the Office of Fair Trading?

Excellent product and support – Have had their hearing aids now for 12 months with no issues. Just went back for annual hearing test and review of hearing aid use. Excellent support from Fini and his team at Seaton Gardens Adelaide. I chose ihear based on my personal product research and I have no regrets. Faulty hearing aid & service – Bought hearing aids through ihear they have never worked properly always echoing into the ears sent back many times always told we have fixed them but never did. Could have sorted it out from day one, replace them with new . Never use ihear!

Excellent employee – My partner had to have a service of her aids in Fremantle WA. We are from Qld. Kylie was amazing. Service of Excellence – Both my parents are elderly, over 85 years old. They both have severe hearing loss, over a period of 2 years ihear Hillsdale has provided a complete assessment for both my parents and has provided recommendations and support in order to receive the most beneficial updated hearing equipment. Not happy – My husband was fitted with hearing aids on trial. After having them a few months he explained that one of them was not holding charge. He had also lost one and we were told we would just have to fill out a Stat Dec and send it back and we would only have to pay $500 excess and pay for one hearing aid. working and not able to get a stat dec witnessed until after the date. We have now been told we have to pay $6000 for one hearing aid that doesn't hold charge. They now tell us that they can fix that hearing aid. Covid has been tough enough but now we have to pay for a hearing aid that really doesn't work and one that we don't have. I would NOT recommend them.

Excellent Staff at the Hillsdale, NSW ihear Clinic! – I was provided with specific product knowledge and thorough testing. All my questions and concerns were addressed and discussed with informative Staff. A potentially stressful situation for me turned out to be a pleasant and encouraging appointment! Hearing aids for me was a way to help me through my Tinnitus more than just my hearing and even though there is no cure for Tinnitus the hearing aids have helped me mentally along the way. Lyndon has been so supportive in explaining everything to me and has been there when I needed a chat.
