I joined the Industry Connect Data Analyst/BI Job Ready Program because their website advertised live training. But after starting the course, I quickly realised it was not live at all. The so-called “instructor” just plays pre-recorded videos, pauses them, and tries to answer questions—often without proper knowledge. In some cases, he referred to ChatGPT instead of offering real guidance.

If you're looking for actual live classes with real-time teaching, this is not it. Industry Connect’s training is all recorded content, despite how they market it. I contacted them in the second week saying this was not what I paid for and asked to cancel. They did stop my future payments and withdrew me from the course, but they refused to refund my $1,000 deposit, claiming it’s non-refundable by contract.

Just think twice before signing up with Industry Connect. If transparency and real live education matter to you, this program might not meet your expectations—and you may not get your money back if you're unhappy.
