have to begin by saying, the service I received from the seller was exceptional. It tunred up two days after purchase and was solidly packed. However, it weighed a tonne. After dragging it round the house deciding where to set it up, I pulled all the parts out and began. It looked like I might need an engineering degree to assemble this, but I was wrong. It went together very easily and was operating within an hour.

The entire trainer is really well built and all the parts fit nicely. This trainer was noticeably cheaper than others so, at first, I was expecting to find some corners had been cut or some parts may not be made to a high standard. Not the case at all. I can't fault the construction at all. Every part fitted where it was meant to and everything runs very smoothly. The only thing I might recommend is that you apply some lubrication to the internals PRIOR to building this. It just makes it easier. You may find no extra lubrication is needed but, in my experience, it never hurts. I also found that, after a few runs, some of the screws around the base and the swing points will loosen up a little and start squaeking. Just give them a little tweak after your first few runs and it will bed in fine.

The action of the trainer is sweet. Smooth, accurate and steady. The trainer doesn't move or rock during use and you feel the workout instantly. I'm pretty fit already but I can tell this is going to heat up some muscles which maybe didn't see much use on my bike. After 10 minutes I was knackered! Its a real workout with real sweat, not a toy.

Another reviewer mentioned the small footprint of this model and I agree. It takes up less room due to the shorter travel arms and the compact construction. I'm happy with every aspect of this trainer and would recommend it to anybody. If I had to find a gripe, it is the computer, which is a little confusing. Otherwise, there is no excuse for not having one of these in your house. Easy build, solid, smooth action, great price, great service, small footprint Fitness computer requires a degree to operate, a few more options on foot position wouldn't hurt.
