I am NOT fit and over 55.

I found the Machine to be of Gym quality, very very well built, it's going to last many many years, the adjustable steps are great as I am short, but I won't be the only one using it.

The dual handle grips with built in heart rate / pulse on both sets of hand grips work extremely well, quickly and easily picking up the pulse from your hands.

The multi level resistance ability is great, but as I am totally unfit, So I am only using the low resistance till my fitness improves.

The machine is big, but it's very quiet which surprised me, having had a Walking Machine for over 10 years that was sooo freakin loud, I don't think you'd disturb anyone while you were on it.

I'm really happy with, together with a calorie controlled diet, and my Cross trainer, I am determined to shed that extra kilos I managed to put on. Excellent Built, Quality, Ease of Use, Quiet
