Not a good experience – Had a massage two days ago with Shanelle. Not a good experience. First she starts by cracking my back. She's not a chiropractor, this isn't right for a massage therapist, if any damage occured as a result from the cracking, she would be in massive trouble. Shanelle should stop this immediately, it's dangerous. Secondly, she didn't ask me once… Read more
about pressure. The same hard pressure doesn't suit everyone, any massage therapist knows this. When I asked her to reduce the pressure on my back, she reduced it but no communication. My calves were extremely tight and her pressure actually hurt my calves more, so I asked her to reduce the pressure, again no communication. It really felt like she didn't want to be there. Thirdly, asking anything from her was too much effort because after asking her to work on my calves as soon as she came back into the room (after only mentioning back and neck), she responded quite passive aggressively. I get massages often and this is the worst customer service I've had. She also had upbeat sometimes dance music, in a massage setting? Her attitude was careless and not in the interest of the client. I'm sure the other therapists there have a better attitude towards their work. I felt uncomfortable which never happens in a massage. A positive and caring attitude would dramatically improve the energy and quality, but if you're sick if massaging, you shouldn't be doing it. Please remove me from your database, I'd prefer not to receive future correspondence.
If I could give it a zero, I would – I am a 62 yo retired physician who has had a lot of massages and other body work. This was by far the worst massage I have ever had. It was 45 minutes, not 60, she (Shanelle) played rap music and her technique was dreadful. I recommend you try Spring Hill Physiotherapy for a professional, excellent massage.
Amazing – Honestly I am sooo grateful for the service, massage and amazing facial I got was absolutely divine, walked out feeling like a new woman. Highly hiiiggghhlyyy recommend for my fellow queens who want a luxurious and calming experience.
Very disappointed – Very disappointed with the services. We bought the groupon voucher, call them to book an appointment and they advised there are no availability and have to wait for 35 days. I thought that was strange, so I call back in 30 mins, but this I didn't tell them I got Groupon voucher and now there said they are available anytime today onward. I can't believe how I was treated and I will never come back again.
Thorough and luxurious treatment – I had both a massage and facial and both were excellent. The lovely lady who treated me was very thorough & had a very pleasant manner. I'll definitely go back for more of this luxurious treatment sometime. I did go via a Groupon gift voucher and yes initially I had trouble getting an appointment outside work hours as they were booked up but… Read more
eventually I secured one before it expired. A different issue is I' ve always had trouble with gift vouchers generally - I groan when I get one but appreciate the kindness of the giver. Trying to use them before expiry date puts the pressure on esp if they are only good for a few months.
Extremely poor and bad customer service – Extremely disappointed with their customer service. Purchased several vouchers through Groupon, tried to book a schedule but was advised by a person named [Name Removed] in a very arrogant and rude manner that they only have 1 therapist, fully booked for 6 weeks and can only accomodate us on a Monday at 8am. While it clearly shows in the voucher… Read more
that bookings are valid from 10am to 6pm, we were told that we should refer to their website timings (8am-7pm). She also said that we should be grateful that they are trying to accomodate discounted offers knowing they are "THE BEST IN BRISBANE". I dont know what's their definition of the best by only having 1 therapist in a very busy and succesful establishment as per se.
