Helped me lose lots of weight! – I bought this machine when I was about 16 weeks into my third pregnancy. I had gained over 20 kilos in my second pregnancy and was determined not to do that again. I had wanted a tread mill but the salesman at WorkoutWorld suggested this low impact alternative. At first all I could manage was 10 minutes a day but I persisted, and at 35 weeks pregnant I was still managing to work up a 30 minute sweat everyday. I didn't use the machine again until about 5 weeks after my baby was born but then I just went like a demon! 50 minutes 6 days a week and lost all my baby weight. I lost a total of 18 kilos in about 12 months and feel super fit and strong. Unfortunately after 2 years something in the motor broke and I couldn't use the full range of programs so it got really boring and I couldn't keep it up everyday. Eventually all the programs stopped working, so I rang Work Out World and the salesman came and took it away and fixed it. The repair cost was $154.00 with delivery included (a distance of about 60 kilometres!)- so happy I have it back! It seems well built by todays standards, easy to use and very effective for increasing fitness and aiding weight loss. Very good customer service even after 2+ years. The heart rate monitor is a bit intermittent. Although the feet pads are adjustable I don't think they allow for a long enough stride, I'm only short so this could be a real problem for a taller person.

Good – perfect for home use. i've put them in a few client houses and for the money and size, it really can't be beaten. 1 client did have a problem figuring out the display, but it really is simple and straight forward utilising an ipod-esque spinning wheel. Smooth action for the size. could do with a built in heart strap reciever.
