discontinue with the service it still doesn't work properly, when you leave you start to ask where the Christianity went, they try to do everything to prevent you from leaving, everyone wants to support missions, but that's all they talk about when there service doesn't work, they won't give you the address to send the box back, [Name Removed] keeps saying they have moved and won't give me their correct address, and I have to talk to the missions manager to talk about the steps of cancellation, who is unavailable, if they ring it is always with a private number,when you join you can't leave? That seems to be their policy. Now they are asking for people to leave their money in there will to them, and buy another service for people that can't afford it. They have no physical address on there website. Beware of this "Christian" Company, they are not learning much from there own programs, Now we watch on our own internet.

myself throughout these 18 yrs but within this time but I have never faulted on my monthly tithing apart from moving home & requiring a new satellite installation.

Instalife chose to change their satellite location & therefore charged all patrons a one off flat payment of $150.00. Something I could not afford but nevertheless paid as a loyal & committed tithe. I then found myself on a second 3 year “contract”!… something I have never signed up for to begin with.

Of recent years, my financial situation has declined due to being a long term recipient of a DSP & the increased cost of living crisis.

I have requested that my monthly donations stop more than once over the last 2 years of which I was told that out of “good will” they will stop them for 3 months.

I have been harassed by Instal-life when an automated deduction is 2 days late due to the calendar month within the banking system. I am now being harassed to the point of 8 calls/day from a no-caller ID number & am missing necessary calls from medical professionals as a result. Instal-life calls from a “no caller ID”, this I know as fact.

I was receiving regular harassing emails so have chosen to not give them my new email address. WORSE though, I have within the last week received a letter of demand threatening credit reporting & legal action should I not pay my tithes!!!

Upon my last phone conversation with them, they wanted the hardware that I purchased for $150.00 back at my expense of the postage. I would then have to agree to another 3 year contract!!! I never knew I had a contract to start with as I have NEVER in 18 years signed one. I just thank God that I had friend witness this last conversation.

I’m currently deciding what to do for myself but would love to hear of anyone else’s remarks, both positive or negative regarding this “Christian” organisation.

so called Christians are suppose to understand these people try and say your locked in contracts without your permission even without agreement or signature, ive emailed and asked to send their box back and no response only to get calls from a very obnoxious woman who thinks she can bully you into payments, DO NOT TRIAL this as that will do this to you too money hungry company and true Christians do profit from God they should know that .

Don't sign up!! – Awful. I tried to get out of it once my required contract was up, but they still kept charging me. Definitely not worth the money, you can find better shows on Youtube for free!

April 2023 my sister took back the old set up and was supplied with a new set up. This was no easier to use. In May 2023, Insta-life TV rolled mum into a new contract for two years at $40 a month. In October 2023 my sister explained the problems had not improved with the new set up. They would not rescind the contract. It is NOT fit for purpose. Today I had a heated conversation with the accounts department. They absolutely refused to cancel the contract. Mum is capable of using the basic functions such as Netflix on her smart TV. However insta-life is too complicated for someone with reduced capacity to use. Even my sister finds it awkward and anti-intuitive. I have forwarded this to Choice magazine, and will be taking further action if not resolved.
