Instant Puzzle Generator

Do NOT buy from Cloudorka – Do not buy from this seller (Cloudorka), as they are only interested in milking you for all the money you have! In fact, they are promoted a great deal by YouTubers, no doubt as affiliates for money. Cloudorka ([Name Removed] and [Name Removed]) sell a puzzle generator, which gives the impression that it provides all different types of puzzles with the generator, but it only provides one type, and you will need to spend more money on buying more generators if you want any other puzzle types.

I applied for a refund, but they categorically refused to provide one.

In all honesty, I would HIGHLY recommend that you do not buy from this seller, as you will be wasting your money. The reason is that you can use all the different types of puzzles on BookBolt (US $89.99 p/y) for the price of ONE of Cloudorka's generators, which is US $47.00 on sale or US $97.00 at regular price. They are just NOT worth the price, especially with respect to the US-to-AU dollar exchange rate.

UPDATE (21 May 2023 at 11.41 am):

After requesting that PayPal get involved and an escalation of the issue and request for a refund, I was emailed by PayPal this morning that I had received a full refund from this company.

I am keeping my review here with one star because I still believe that the company did the wrong thing and the online product they offer is not worth the money they charge for it.
