Invictus x1 – Very good. Bought the black colour. however, the red button broke from the wight of the 1meter long suction hose attachment! ..So to rectify this, i've Super glued the red button and the whole round rim -(Cancelling the front opening Completely!) ..Worked Perfectly ever since! Good Suction for its size even with the long hose attachment! Very nice… Read more

Enquiry – After watching the advert for Invictus one this looks be a fairly good product however it shows you people still in bags of flour bags of sugar coffee normal stuff that does get spilt in the house and then it shows you picking up beads and dry products in straight lines virtually deliberately placed like that why do they not show you the mess that's created at the beginning being cleaned up

Would like to see a genuine ad show reL mess instead of stuff that's been placed there

1 star is too much for this product. Get the same kind of device locally for only $99 or so -you’d be much better off – Suction quality extremely piss week for the cost you pay. Other devices less than a quarter of the cost of this would work much more effectively. Overheats too easily or Stops working when a little bit too much dust/fur clogs the entry most likely due to its absolutely piss poor suction power. I.e. It Sucks.. not. Show details

Very handy in difficult to get spots. Getting rid of spider webs, insects, dust – Bought two units and they are handy to use, without having to get the big vac out with its limited cables. Unfortunately both units went faulty the same way shortly after each other. The Blue plastic latch, that holds the nozzle in place is very flimsy and breaks off easily. Then you have to hold it together with your hands while using it. Spare parts don't seem to be easily to come by. Show details

After two months use it is not charging. . Disappointed, manufacturer? Is it Chinese? – From the beginning i found it difficult to reassemble after cleaning, filters did not clean well. The rubber seal stretched . I only used it to pick up small dry litter in the kitchen and on my disability scooter carpeting on the footplate.. the connection to the charger is weak.now not charging. Show details

Picks up then spits it out!! – The vacuum performs well on flat boards/tiles/low pile carpets. Longer pile carpets not recommended. You have to Free hairs from roller frequently. Larger debris spat out from vacuum once turned off . Makes more work. Show details

So very disappointing – Very flimsy - will not sit properly in charger so does not charge. Put an elastic around it to get it to charge and then there is practically no suction. Terrible product - waste of money Show details

Not a bad machine. It does everything its supposed to do – It is amazing for all hard floors and carpets. I mostly use it on hard floors and it picks everything up without any problem. I haven't tried the floor washing attachment yet. Show details ·  1

Machine cuts out - and poor customer service – After a few uses, the machine cuts out after about 10 seconds and constantly needs to be switched on every time. Very frustrating! And despite repeated e-mails to the TV Shop, they have steadfastly refused to reply, just ignoring my complaints. Disappointing customer service, non-existent really. Show details

Excellent for specific tasks, needs frequent cleaning/maintenance – So I am a professional window cleaner, I use this product solely for the cleaning of window tracks. I use it in conjunction with a track brush which loosens the debris prior to using the vacuum. This is the most powerful, smallest and lightest vacuum available that I have found. That being said it has a very small capacity, which means frequent… Read more ·  1

emptying of the vacuum and especially the filters, once the inner hepa filter is congested the auto shut off function will turn the vacuum off instantly... this does not mean the battery is flat, it just means you need to take out the hepa filter and give it a few taps to knock out all the fine dust. takes like 20 seconds wipe the rubber seal, and the docking ports and you are good to go again.

This is specific use type of vacuum I really could not see why a normal/random person would buy one unless you have a specifically tight space to clean, That being said I have owned mine for around 2 months on a daily use, I charge it about every 3 days, only had it run out of battery once, luckily if you let it sit for 15 mins or so it may just get enough charge for another 30 seconds of use.

IMO it requires a full clean at least once per week if using it frequently, I remove the trap door pin and blow the dust often as after a while the trap door axle will get grit in it which will prevent the trap door from closing thus dropping debris out

Awesome little necessity – This is the ultimate bit of equipment, a must have necessity for when your watching the sports while drinking beer and eating peanuts, this little machine has allowed me to not miss a goal or who won the v8s by not having to get up and clean the crumbs along with not having to listen to the wife whinge as well Show details ·  1

Follow up review – I reviewed the product immediately after receiving it. This is a follow up. In regards to the complaints about the product stopping after a few seconds. You need to clean BOTH filters after use. Takes NO longer than two minutes. Use a dry toothbrush on the white hepa filter. It is a very sensitive filter and catches all the very fine dust so clogs… Read more ·  1

quickly, indicating it works well (otherwise all that dust would blow back out of the vacuum for you to breathe in); and that what you are cleaning is full of fine dust! Maybe time to use your big vacuum with the big collector and filter. Maybe the manufacturer could put some info with the product about cleaning the filter. I really wish people would think before writing reviews. Reviews really help both the manufacturer and potential customers. If we all write reviews without thinking, there will be nothing to buy pretty soon!

Absolute con. I wish I could show you my demonstration. Get a broom instead – Total waste of money. A broom will do a better job. Do not buy! I was going to throw mine off the balcony, I was so frustrated. I bought this for convenience, but It has just caused me grief. The unit does not pick up! It just spreads dust all over the place. When you turn it off, you have a pile of dirt left. I have a video to prove it. Other family members always use our old 12 year old Meile. Show details

The invictus 1 hand held vacuum sold on tvshop is an expensive waste of money! – My invictus 1 hand vacuum purchased less than 2 months ago & which had very limited use, had suddenly stopped working! (the unit kept turning off after only running for 5 seconds). I emailed seller advising of the problem encountered & was offered replacement unit at 1/2 price (only$170!). I rejected the offer saying that: " I did not want to put… Read more

good money after bad!" I was then requested to send videos of the problem & 3 video clips of the unit's faulty operation were sent! To my surprise, I was advised that the battery was depleted because it was parked in the charger 24/7 when not used & also advised the maximum charging time was 3.5 hours. I then pointed out that nowhere in the unit's instructions was this mentioned & that the vacuum should wear a sticker to the effect: "Do not overcharge - 3.5 hours maximum charge". They then wrote back agreeing that "3.5 hours maximum charge" was not mentioned in instruction booklet & offered a free battery replacement if one could be obtained from the supplier. Despite a replacement unit being requested after less than 2 months use; I am still waiting for a favorable response from the seller; instead having received various excuses for the past few weeks to this warranty claim & I'm now forced to air my complaint on product review website!
