Itechworld equipment failure just keeps going – Multiple failures from this company now battery charger failed second time. Can use it as junk to go with the now 2 failed inverters. DO NOT touch their equipment. $7600 spent never again and out of warranty. Itechworld will do their usual to protect their brand and respond to this but they know my name and multiple warranty claims. Unfortunately made a grave mistake and should have stuck to the EBay specials and Chinese made equipment much cheaper and still going!
You should be concerned Adam and the response was expected. I emailed your customer service last year detailing amount spent and have now replaced all of your equipment at great cost. Simply not reliable. Warning to all. I am happy to provide copies of purchases and emails to anyone who wants it. That’s what product review is about!
