The product quality is amazing and the finish of the lighting fixtures are fantastic For the quality of the product and the price I paid I really was shocked on how low the prices are I have seen identical lighting for double the price I definitely be returning customer.
I have no hesitation in recommending Ivory & Dean products. 20 years ago we bought 2 street lamps and as we live close to the sea they were looking a bit tired, but still worked. However I googled to see if I could get new ones, and there they were, exactly the same. Brilliant they are! We couldn’t get the original base out of the concrete, so as it was still perfect, we didn’t need to use new bases. Just sprayed them black ✅

This bean bag is absolutely lovely! It is so incredibly soft and you just melt into it, it was definitely better than expected. particular cover, so before filling it up, I washed and tumbled dried it twice, which did the trick perfectly. We filled it full with foam and we love that it's more formed than a traditional bean bag, you can make a little nest/seat with the foam and lounge comfortably for ages!

I emailed just hoping for the bare minimum of changing address, no Jessie changed the address, changed the size (with partial refund) and even upgraded my shipping to express to make sure it arrived in time. Good quality lighting. I really glad that I found ivory and deene. These pendants made my kitchen stunning!! My electrician had to struggle lil bit as we wanted to remove one long rod as it was too big for our ceiling. But all went really well.
Great looking product, Quality materials and a stand alone purchase. Very quick delivery. Daughter and Grand kids love it and inquired where I purchased it from as they wish to purchase another. Sadly photos online vs the real physical product don’t match in quality and colouring. Poor quality and over priced. A poor experience for the first time purchasing from this online store. Hope the feedback helps improve real imagery and quality feedback
Not happy! – I ordered the bamboo pillow cases and these pillowcases are approximately 11cms longer than ALL my other pillow cases. This excess length just flaps around and looks terrible on my pillow. These are more like king pillow case size NOT standard. mistake. Even so the pillow case I received is 3cm longer than what their online specs say anyway.
The other thing I didn't like was having the "Ivory and Deene" white label on the front of the pillow slip. These are black pillow cases and I didn't want a white label showing. Put the label inside the pillow slip if you need to. As it is sticking out of the seam it most likely will become annoying when sleeping as it isn't nice and soft like the bamboo fabric. And I'm not here to advertise this dreadful brand!
After receiving a response from Ivory & Deene it's not even worth returning them once they take off their excessive postage charge of $18.07 and then want to charge me $15 to send them back. Waste of time! I would NEVER buy from this company again!
Untrustworthy and unethical – Placed an order, received a product far inferior, contacted them with no response, did a review on their website for product and they didn’t publish it. They seem to only publish the good stuff

So easy from placing the order, to receiving the delivery.
