A while just saw some questions unanswered so I helped answer them including you
how do i replace accellorater cable in carby end
Take off the 2 top screws on the carbie not the adjuster for idle there right at the top
what is the oil mixture for 80cc? how do you take the seat off?
Put in two stroke oil the seat comes of with nuts under the plastic bit at the back

That happens to mine if it keeps happening find the idle adjuster and put it down it won’t lunge forward as much

Everyone needs to know that a py80 IS a pw80. Yamaha allowed the jianshe motorcycle company to build a clone of the pw80 to the extent that all engine components are made with the original Yamaha casting molds. A py80 and pw 80 parts are 100% transferable between one another. Every last piece. To find spares for either just search online on on eBay. Parts are readily available and cheap

The bike is a Chinese copy of the Yamaha PW80 which is 79cc.
2 stroke oil seems 2 be coming out crank casing where 2 parts join why might this be? thanks neil

Hi I have a oy80 jianshe Can’t find anywhere to put 2 stroke oil there is no tank for it anywhere . I presume it’s a 2 stroke . So would have to pre mix the fuel Are these things def 2 stroke ? Cheers
Yes inded 2 stroke, oil fill is located under seat.

My JS80PY has lost spark after an afternoon of running great. Put away and next morning nothing. Any ideas. Not plug, not lead, cleaned points and checked all connections, by passed switch new coil and lead.
Have you tried replacing spark plug?
