Don’t bother – We have the jiffi bottle warmer. Useless. Week old and already faulting/turning off. Last thing you need for night feeds.

is by far the worst.. by far! Have contacted customer service and received a helpful response initially but when I complained again the representative told me I was the problem. Absolutely terrible!

Not satisfied – Doesn’t heat to the temperature selected. Says it’s heated to the chosen degrees, but the breastmilk inside is still cold. So I keep having to turn off then on to repeat the process, swirling the milk to have it warmed up evenly. I also don’t find it maintains the temperature.

I'd give them 0 if I could – Seems great when it's brand new but we have been using the portable bottle warmer once a day for about 6 months now and the battery needs to be charged after every use. Not very portable if the battery doesn't last more than a single use. We have emailed the company which they have just ignored. Not worth it. Would not recommend. Especially since the company care so little that they will ignore your emails about a fault in their product.

Terrible! Doesn't measure formula accurately! – I purchased the Jiffi formula dispenser because I formula feed my baby and he needs 6 scoops per bottle, I thought buying this dispenser would make my life easier because 6 scoops each time is a messy process. only need to dispense three times to make his bottle. Well I thought I was doing it wrong because the first time it dispensed half a scoop, the second dispense effort gave me about 12 grams! I tried this about 20 times and each time the dispenser gave me DIFFERENT AMOUNTS. I followed the instructions and looked at the videos. I tipped it upside down, clicked the button, shook the formula out and clicked the button back in. And each time, different amounts came out. I cannot trust this to feed my baby because I won't know how much formula he will be given. $40 wasted.

Complete Scam – Purchased the bottle warmer over 6 weeks ago and no reply to multiple messages from the seller. Do not trust this company

I wish it didn’t leak, it would be perfect – I am returning this bottle warmer for a refund after using it with the wide neck pigeon bottles and it leaks all my breast milk onto the bench. Otherwise it would be perfect and hears bottles so quickly and is very compact.

Terrible – The worst bottle warmer I’ve ever used. Consistently losing half of my expressed milk each time I use, despite buying specific bottles, using the adapter etc. Do not buy if you want an easy nighttime feed for you baby, as this bottle warmer has made the entire experience more exhausting.

Home bottle warmer leaks with certain bottles – I have found the home bottle warmer ok to use as long as you use particular bottles. My baby uses pigeon bottles and they always leak so i have had to buy different brand bottles.

Useless product – Absolutely useless product. On Multiple occasions it will say it’s heated to 37 degrees, when you turn off the power and back on it will tell you it’s 50 degrees plus.... also, I have lost count the amount of times we have wasted milk due to their terrible adapters . Do not buy. We have returned this item and happily will never have to use it again

Absolutely Useless – I don’t see the point of this product. I read it only takes 2 mins to warm a bottle but this is not the case. It takes over an hour to warm a bottle from 10deg to 37 deg. I don’t know what kind of baby tells you an hour in advance that they want a bottle, but my kid can go from 0-100 in about a minute so this product is useless. $85 for something… Read more

a $20 thermos with warm water can do in 3 mins.

Edit- in addition to this, the instructions say the jiffi will keep the bottle warm for 4 hours on a single charge. This is not the case. The warmer stays on for 1 hr max on a single charge after the bottle has been warmed.

It also needs a 3A wall socket to run (not standard and very expensive), but it doesn’t come with one. Need to spend extra money to make this thing work.

Unreliable – We have the home bottle warmer and it seems to be very inconsistent and unreliable. The temperature gauge is often wrong, saying that the milk has warmed to 37 degrees but upon wrist testing - still feels like it’s at room temperature. After shaking the milk, unplugging and resetting the warmer, the temperature gauge then goes up to 50 but it still remains unheated. Very dissatisfied with the product.

Great for home use – Have been using the home bottle warmer since bub was 4 weeks old. Works a treat and is good for us because when bub wakes he is hungry then and there. It’s small enough I can chuck it in the baby bag and plug it in while out (if I find a PowerPoint nearby). It’s also quite easy to keep clean. Only downside is sometimes it throws the wrong temperature. Easy fixed but turning it off at the wall and letting it reset.

Amazing Product and Amazing Customer Service – We absolutely love our Jiffi Bottle Warmer. It is so simple to use and quick! Our bubba has taken to the bottle with ease and having this has made our lives so much easier. The customer service is impeccable with a new lid sent out straight away after I accidentally destroyed our original one. Couldn't ask for a better company to deal with. Thanks

Love love love – I purchased the jiffi home bottle warmer and absolutely love it! It’s so easy and takes out the stress and hassle of making sure the water temperature is correct. Being a first time mum this has been life changing. It takes a few minutes to heat up which is great and I actually take it everywhere...even though you need a plug most places I go to have one! Highly recommend this to everyone!

Jiffi is the best travel buddy ever! – I took my Jiffi Portable on a recent trip to the UK. I saw some of these reviews so was worried at first. Lucky I read the instructions and saw the power required to charge and warm the Jiffi is 2A. The aeroplane and MOST phone chargers are only 1A. did this on the plane and it worked perfectly. p.s. I also bought a 2A adaptor from Dick Smith so had no problems charging and warming while in the UK. My suggestion to the manufacturer is to include the adaptor in future and avoid the confusion but love my Jiffi to death:)

Fantastic, life saver – Was given the jiffi bottlle warmer as a gift from a friend and absolutely loved it! So handy to use when out and about and even overnight. With my first baby was always a pain to have to ask for hot water whilst out a restaurant etc to warm my bottle whilst you have a screaming baby. This took the stress out of it and made things so much easier. Half asleep night feeds are also so much easier. Highly recommend!

Best device for bottle feeding mum's/dad's out there! – I am a mum of two, one four year old and one under one. This product changed my life! nightstand at night and is always in the stroller and car for my day trips. Have recently purchased their home version and am blown away with its capabilities. Would highly recommend both the product and service I have received.

be fully functioning which means you need to either hold it the whole time or leave it on a flat surface - not ideal if you are out and about. Theres no customer service to contact just an email and when we wrote to ask for a refund they came back with a have you tried this, have you tried that. Dont have time to continue emailing back and forth when you have a little one, you should just be able to return the product and get your money back- simple. Waste of $80, please dont be fooled by this product. Very much a scam.

Do not buy – We bought this and thought it was a great idea. Took it home and tried warming the water, it took 3 hrs. Thought we stuffed it up, tried again. This time it took 2hrs 56mins. I went back to baby kingdom Marsden park and asked the ladies how to use it as I thought it was a user error, they were wonderful about it. Took it home again, 3hrs. Now it is in the bin as i threw the box out. $90 gone

When we went to take this back to the store we purchased it from (Baby Gallery Clayton) we were advised that the manufacturer had to inspect the product before providing a refund, they deemed nothing was wrong with the product but couldn't explain why the item couldn't work as described.

We're now stuck with an expensive $80 lemon and no one wanted to issue a refund, when asked if we could speak to the manufacturer, we were denied. - please don't make the same mistake!
