Disgusting customer service – Most disgusting rude man I have dealt with through this company in Canberra. Says he knocked 4 times but the door bell only rang once. I have a very long house and use disability aids he just kept ranting about me taking up his time.

Good stuff – I won’t lie, was a little concerned after reading these reviews. Expensive yes and that’s just for the alc alone before gst and delivery. But….. no issues at all, correct item in an hour to the door, o hassle with ids and I didn’t have to leave the house or the footy game. Will use again.

Try somewhere else first – Yes Jimmy does bring, if you are willing to pay up to $20 extra and wait at least an hour when upon ordering they say it is 20 to 30 minutes wait. Although that wait is good when on occasion they don't deliver at all.
Won't use again.
Horrible – Been using them for years. Then suddenly I’m being told I’m intoxicated because I wouldn’t give my day of birth. Gave them the month and year. Never had to provide ID, because clearly I’m not under 18. Total disgrace and rudeness to assume I’m drunk. Was refused my order!!

BWS and 2 more drivers were allocated to deliver our order, one cancelled and the other eventually turned up at 9.20 pm. The service centre did take my call and they were very helpful but come on the drivers are a total joke. Do yourself a favour just pick up all of your shopping prior to heading home it is not worth the 3-hour wait. To that point, I would have expected a full refund of the order or at a minimum the delivery fee as there was no service at all!

have been questioned at time of collection. If two items were collected, one has been lost or stolen prior to delivery. Any decent company would address the concerns raised, possibly a simple error but I don't have to their records.
Overpriced and crap drivers – I use to use jimmy but it’s doordash all the way for me now. They offer free delivery when slowly jimmy has pushed the prices right up. Overpriced drinks and delivery. Much better options available now.
