When Hung was called away to attend to a family health emergency shortly after he began to work on my car, he recommended and arranged a replacement on the spot. Vijay completed the job professionally, with excellent results.

Gordon from Jim’s Cleaning Group spent at least three hours thoroughly detailing the interior of my car, and giving the outside a good wash. He did a wonderful job and left the car looking (and smelling) like brand new!
Follow-up · It took about three hours and he came to my house, which made it very convenient. I spent approximately $275 and he really made the car look brand new again!

to complete the job; however, the quality of the cleaning was disappointing. I had to point out several areas that had been missed, including two sections of the door jambs, underneath the door seals, parts of the rear bumper bar, and the front nose panel, which had not been cleaned properly. Even after these areas were redone, the finish was still not satisfactory. I was told the marks needed polishing, yet I was able to wipe some of them off with my finger.
In total, the job took approximately four hours for two cars, with two people working on them. Considering the time taken, the quality of the work was mediocre and did not reflect the price that was charged.

true professional he wasn’t fazed one bit. He started by explaining exactly the way he was going to tackle this job explaining very clearly why he was doing it that way which made perfect sense to a simple person like myself. Clearly he was the professional and got started with the job which he obviously takes a lot of pride in what he does. Initially expected to take 2-3 hours but instead he never rushed at any stage working very thoroughly for about 4 hours and what an amazing job he did. I was blown away with the results. This is one professional and very knowledgeable person I would not hesitate to highly recommend if you ever need work done on your car interiors. Difficult to be objective when Kirelos was supposed to wash the outside of car only. He did not check if all windows were closed as he should have and applied his.pressure hose to clean. Really poor job...definitely not worth the value quoted. Then he has the temerity to say it was all my fault it all went wrong. I told him it was his responsibility to check if windows were closed properly as HE was doing the job. He proceeded to say he knew what he was doing as he had the training and it was his "profession"! This young man understands nothing. What!... he holds a doctorate in car washing?!! Cannot be rated.
