Curtis was able to squeeze in my pre-sale detailing with short notice, easy to communicate to and showed extremely good attention to detail with interior and exterior rejuvenation helping the buyer enjoy every moment of buying a used but extremely well maintained vehicle. Chirag did a brilliant job on my headlights. I needed them done quite quickly as my rego was about to run out and I needed to take my van back to the service centre so they could pass it for rego. I put in a request early Friday morning and Chirag was here by 1.00pm. He was also a very pleasant person. Show reply
Follow-up · It cost $120 to have my lights detailed and it took around an hour to do. That was all he worked on. He needed access to a power point for the polisher, so it's best if you can do it in a garage. But the extension cord they use is long enough if you have to leave your car outside. The lights are still looking great.
PERFECTION! – Straight to the point. .I had my car detailed by Garry and frankly I can't praise the job he did enough! Garry was prompt, on time Exactly, polite, friendly, speedy and an absolute perfectionist! I could not fault a single thing. So happy I found him.

Thought I was getting a car cleaned, but I paid $300 to have my car vacuumed, and that's absolutely it. Left the mats outside my car uncleaned and didn't even run the vacuum over the console trays or even give anything a wipe. What I would call the absolute bare minimum, and for $295, no.

Difficult to be objective when Kirelos was supposed to wash the outside of car only. He did not check if all windows were closed as he should have and applied his.pressure hose to clean. Really poor job...definitely not worth the value quoted. Then he has the temerity to say it was all my fault it all went wrong. I told him it was his responsibility to check if windows were closed properly as HE was doing the job. He proceeded to say he knew what he was doing as he had the training and it was his "profession"! This young man understands nothing. What!... he holds a doctorate in car washing?!! Cannot be rated. The exterior was acceptable, but the interior was extremely poor. The car was not properly vacuumed, there was still rubbish and dirt inside, and many areas were completely untouched. I also found cleaning liquid and spray marks left throughout the interior, making it look like the job was rushed and unfinished.
For the amount I paid, I expected professional workmanship and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the quality of the service did not match what was promised or what I paid for.
I cannot recommend this service based on my experience. I hope Jim's improves its quality control and customer service so other customers don't have the same experience.
