An iced coffee milk left in the car in the heat created an explosion that absolutely covered my interior. Mian totally removed all traces of the disaster. Exceptional job. Very much appreciated.

Chirag did a brilliant job on my headlights. I needed them done quite quickly as my rego was about to run out and I needed to take my van back to the service centre so they could pass it for rego. I put in a request early Friday morning and Chirag was here by 1.00pm. He was also a very pleasant person. Show reply
Follow-up · It cost $120 to have my lights detailed and it took around an hour to do. That was all he worked on. He needed access to a power point for the polisher, so it's best if you can do it in a garage. But the extension cord they use is long enough if you have to leave your car outside. The lights are still looking great.
PERFECTION! – Straight to the point. .I had my car detailed by Garry and frankly I can't praise the job he did enough! Garry was prompt, on time Exactly, polite, friendly, speedy and an absolute perfectionist! I could not fault a single thing. So happy I found him.
Follow-up · Could not add more. There was not a single thing more he could have done and I recommend him without hesitation!
Jason did do a great job on my 2025 Hilux. It looked like new again. Will be using Jason for my next clean.

The exterior was acceptable, but the interior was extremely poor. The car was not properly vacuumed, there was still rubbish and dirt inside, and many areas were completely untouched. I also found cleaning liquid and spray marks left throughout the interior, making it look like the job was rushed and unfinished.
For the amount I paid, I expected professional workmanship and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the quality of the service did not match what was promised or what I paid for.
I cannot recommend this service based on my experience. I hope Jim's improves its quality control and customer service so other customers don't have the same experience.
I have recording and so many other proof. I can’t attached all of them If you couldn't do the job properly, why did you agree to do the full detail for $700? You confirmed the interior cleaning over the phone, so I trusted you and paid in full.

He started by explaining exactly the way he was going to tackle this job explaining very clearly why he was doing it that way which made perfect sense to a simple person like myself. Clearly he was the professional and got started with the job which he obviously takes a lot of pride in what he does. Initially expected to take 2-3 hours but instead he never rushed at any stage working very thoroughly for about 4 hours and what an amazing job he did. I was blown away with the results. This is one professional and very knowledgeable person I would not hesitate to highly recommend if you ever need work done on your car interiors.
