It took a few days to get done which I was not expecting but the personnel were courteous and helpful and in the end they sourced another laptop for me at a reasonable price. Thank you, your assistance was much appreciated.

Connected by Tesla wall charger to wifi – I was unable to connect my home charger to wifi. I sent an online enquirey and got a response within in one hour. The technician came out on a Sunday and had fixed my problem within one hour. Show reply

because apparently this guy had to pick up the parts from long distance, so I need to pay for his driving charges??? lol..wat a [Content Removed] he was!!!

Reza called me back within half an hour and worked through the problem (that had been created by Apple). He was efficient, polite and very helpful. I will definitely use Jim's again for any future problems and will recommend the service to my family and friends. Richard Melbourne.

at 4 pm and he said he thought he told me 5 pm. That was a lie. I then told him I don’t want his business anymore because he was totally unreliable and I will get someone else. Do not recommend this business.

 Follow-up  · I had an issue with a vpn on my laptop I couldn’t get rid of. Wanted it removed. Was hoping he would know how. I explained my issue on the phone in the morning when I called to make the appointment. He never even asked what my issue was. I told him just before the conversation ended and I asked if he wanted to know what the issue was. He never gave me a quote.

Follow up review from the last one, since the second technician came, it was clear he didn’t really know much on fixing the issue and referred me to his manager instead. what happened and told me he was unsatisfied with the work they did and said he would give a full refund. He told me he would send another technician more knowledgeable on gaming pc’s to help fix my problem. He followed through on this and a technician came by today to inspect and fix the problem. Entire time he explained what he was doing and chat to me about what i could do to reduce bloat. Helpful doesn’t even begin to describe this technician in comparison to the last. I would name who the first technician was but it would get redacted. I can however give you the name of who really solved my problem, Liborio. Lifesaver and definitely knew what he was doing. My pc is finally running like normal. Even when i had problems afterwards he responded quickly and hopped on a call with me to fix it all up. Very nice guy.

access the hard drive}. They were told that it was not possible to access this. At one point the said they needed my password to check if it was charging. Given they only needed to see if the light was on on the side where the power cable goes in I'm not sure why they tried to say something so obviously and clearly untrue { I can make a pretty good guess!!}. They then advised that they could proceed but that it would wipe all the info from my comp, so I advised to not do that. Anyway , they said the charging issue was fixed { another lie, it's still worse than when I first sent it in} and I have a screen that I cant get out of asking for a code I cant get. Now I have a computer that I can't use at all, not even one that's working and needed to be set up.

HIGHLY recommend this company & in particular Adam Tahir from the Epping Office. I was having major problems with connecting a new MacBook Air to my projector & splitting the screen etc. Own a small business & couldn’t operate without it. day (Sunday) but we agreed the next day. Adam arrived on time, was very friendly & calmly listened to the problems I was having. He completely understood how difficult it was to have a new computer after using my old one for 7 years. He went above & beyond to rectify the problems & explained & showed me why there’d been problems. I didn’t feel rushed & he only left when he was 100% sure that he had fixed everything. The price is extremely great value for money given he was with me for 1 hour. Other companies wanted to charge a call out fee PLUS the work required- not here. As a result of Adam’s work & diligence I was so not stressed when I opened my business on the weekend. Thank you so much Adam - you are a legend!

I was tortured for 3 weeks with no internet access. Tech savvy friends couldn't help, my phone company gave different advice from different assistants and another company were not interested. Jim's IT responded with a technician to visit my home and Sam resolved my internet connection. So thankful!

I used Jim’s IT Craigieburn recently to help fix my laptop. Savyo was excellent. He answered all of my queries and gave me alot of advice specifically on how I use the computer. Would definitely recommend and will Be using him as my IT person in the future.

Abdul attended when we were having some computer issues. He attended promptly. Communications were excellent. He listened to the issues and explained as he intercepted the problem. All issues were resolved. I would highly recommend Abdul to anyone who has computer problems. Friendly and efficient.

Ash was very professional and friendly. Picked up my broken laptop, his repair cost diagnosis was that it wasn’t economically viable to repair, provided an inspection report that I could provide to insurance. Also gave me list of similar replacement laptops. And dropped-off my original laptop. All-in-all great service

Abdul was very responsive to my computer issue, in which I thought I had lost years of computer data. He solved this problem professionally, calmly and in a nice manner. He then proceeded to check the health of my computer. He was able to also fix other problems. Abdul put in the extra effort to help me, which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend Abdul.

Contacted Jims IT. Was advised I would receive a call in 30 mins. Call came through on time. Spoke with Sean about my problem. He solved the problem in 15 mins. Also received a follow up call a couple of days later to make sure everything was still working ok. Great service, excellent follow up and a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
