Ash was very professional and friendly. Picked up my broken laptop, his repair cost diagnosis was that it wasn’t economically viable to repair, provided an inspection report that I could provide to insurance. Also gave me list of similar replacement laptops. And dropped-off my original laptop. All-in-all great service

Contacted this company thinking it was supposed to be rated very high, however after experiencing it, will never contact again. I first contacted for a quote where the response time was abysmal. 24hrs. I text again, no reply, so i call up customer support. The only good thing about this service is their customer support, they respond so quickly and contacted my technician to reply to me. Then came the day they took my pc to inspect. He told me he would come early morning. Dude came in an uber at 11am and didn’t ring my doorbell or anything and stood outside for probably like 20-30 minutes. Heard a rustle so i came out to check to see him standing there, gave him my pc, power cord and hdmi cable. He proceeded to start walking away with my pc to what i assumed to be like another uber waiting. However he did not get in another uber, it looked like he just walked all the way to the station with my pc which is 15-20 minutes away from my house. Took my pc for about til the next day for him to inspect the problem, repaired it about the day after and got it back then. Then different problems started when i got my pc back, he reset my whole pc without telling me. Luckily i had already transferred a couple files over to a usb, and then apps and games would run slower than usual until finally, i wasn’t able to sign into my computer anymore. Contacted him again to say it wasn’t fixed and a different problems started occurring, again he didn’t respond and only responded after i contacted customer support. Different technician contacted me saying he would come Friday 9-10am to inspect however Friday came and no one came by. Then he contacted me later saying there were delays and would come next Monday or Tuesday. Now i’m in the process of waiting for them to fix this problem. I recommend you go to a different service, or the specific area mine is in is just horrible. Right now it seems like $500 down the drain for me, don’t make the same mistake.

Reza called me back within half an hour and worked through the problem (that had been created by Apple). He was efficient, polite and very helpful. I will definitely use Jim's again for any future problems and will recommend the service to my family and friends. Richard Melbourne.

at 4 pm and he said he thought he told me 5 pm. That was a lie. I then told him I don’t want his business anymore because he was totally unreliable and I will get someone else. Do not recommend this business.

 Follow-up  · I had an issue with a vpn on my laptop I couldn’t get rid of. Wanted it removed. Was hoping he would know how. I explained my issue on the phone in the morning when I called to make the appointment. He never even asked what my issue was. I told him just before the conversation ended and I asked if he wanted to know what the issue was. He never gave me a quote.

Given they only needed to see if the light was on on the side where the power cable goes in I'm not sure why they tried to say something so obviously and clearly untrue { I can make a pretty good guess!!}. They then advised that they could proceed but that it would wipe all the info from my comp, so I advised to not do that. Anyway , they said the charging issue was fixed { another lie, it's still worse than when I first sent it in} and I have a screen that I cant get out of asking for a code I cant get. Now I have a computer that I can't use at all, not even one that's working and needed to be set up.

HIGHLY recommend this company & in particular Adam Tahir from the Epping Office. day (Sunday) but we agreed the next day. Adam arrived on time, was very friendly & calmly listened to the problems I was having. He completely understood how difficult it was to have a new computer after using my old one for 7 years. He went above & beyond to rectify the problems & explained & showed me why there’d been problems. I didn’t feel rushed & he only left when he was 100% sure that he had fixed everything. The price is extremely great value for money given he was with me for 1 hour. Other companies wanted to charge a call out fee PLUS the work required- not here. As a result of Adam’s work & diligence I was so not stressed when I opened my business on the weekend. Thank you so much Adam - you are a legend!

failure of my hard drive. Sean then installed a new 2tb SSD drive, as mine had completely failed, updated my Windows 10 to Windows 11, reinstalled all my required software, and cleaned my computer of inbuilt dust. Then, after I had got my computer home, Sean remotely helped me to reinstall other information I required; not disconnecting until he confirmed with me that I was confident with my machine going forward. Amazing service for which I am extremely grateful. Nothing was too much trouble for Sean and he was easy to talk to, extremely kind, thoughtful, caring and respectful; and his charges were reasonable and fair. I was able to collect my computer from Sean 72 hours later - fully restored. I have to admit I am lost without my desktop computer as have come to rely on computers over the past 43 years at work and home. My unexpected problem was beyond my ability to fix and it was heartwarming to come across Sean who was extremely knowledgeable and engendered in me a high level of confidence in trusting my computer to him. I was not disappointed. I have every confidence that, should I need help at all in the future, I certainly know where to find this “Amazing Gentleman”. I therefore give this "Review" with my highest recommendation. I can honestly say that you have no need to worry, or concern yourself, as you will be in the hands of an "extremely professional computer expert". I have already passed Sean's credentials onto friends; and hopefully with this review given you the confidence to contact Sean also. I know you will not regret doing so. Good Luck!

My girlfriend called up to talk about the bent pins in her motherboard for her cpu LGA 1851 and the man on the phone spoke to her like a child as if she was stupid. - It wasn’t free - stated it would be $99 to look at the motherboard and decide if it can be fixed, even after she said it was just the motherboard itself (didn't have to take apart the pc) Just overall horrible customer service

SHOCKING! No regard for time frames. A promise to “call you back in 30 minutes” turns into you having to follow up daily just to get a response. They don’t resolve issues, and they are extremely frustrating to deal with. If you have a pressing concern — forget it. Go elsewhere.

Abdul was very responsive to my computer issue, in which I thought I had lost years of computer data. He solved this problem professionally, calmly and in a nice manner. He then proceeded to check the health of my computer. He was able to also fix other problems. Abdul put in the extra effort to help me, which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend Abdul.

Contacted Jims IT. Was advised I would receive a call in 30 mins. Call came through on time. Spoke with Sean about my problem. He solved the problem in 15 mins. Also received a follow up call a couple of days later to make sure everything was still working ok. Great service, excellent follow up and a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
