BEST SERVICES ACROSS MELBOURNE – I just had my doors installed by Jim's Security Doors and it is totally worth it. We are very satisfied with the quality. It looks good and we are pretty confident with our safety. The installers were very nice too. They have done it quickly. Best customer service ever!
Poor service regarding my Security Door. Irresponsible place, never go there – My security door broke when I contacted them to get it fixed they refused as they don’t do security doors anymore. Such an irresponsible response. They could at least have given a contact number so I can get it fixed instead of easily slipping from the request. If you purchase anything from them please think twice whether if you will need after service that you will never receive. I am very much disappointed. Never go to this place. Better pay more and purchase from a responsible places.

Hi Kay, I understand your frustration however Jim’s Security is an electronic security system installation company (i.e. Alarms & CCTV) with 20 years of continuous operations and have never completed installations of security doors. This was likely completed another Jim's Division (Jim’s Security Doors). I agree that that Jim’s Group Customer service should have recommended a service provider and will follow this up. If your product is still in warranty please contact the call centre (131 546) as they are obligated to arrange a repair.
