Rats cut some wires. Then an electrical engineer tried to join them but it would not come on. I lost the manual that came with the treadmill. We are stock. Can I possibly download another manual with isometric diagrams?

My jkexer turbo 9735 incline got spoilt. When I start the treadmill it counts till 6 and displays E6. So am thinking of bypassing the incline from the panel but av been trying and it’s still showing me E6. What’s do I do?
