John Flynn Private Hospital

I have been a long term patient at John Flynn for many years. This visit I have been in here for over a month with bilateral CRPS pain in my feet. My doctor is amazing literally the best. However the nurses are reluctant to give me pain relief even though it is charted and I’m taking hardly any but when I need it it takes them an hour, I have to buzz 3 times and still then they will reluctantly get it. I had to call the Ramsay rule and the emergency department. Even though they have been spoken to it is still continuing. The food is terrible and things have gone downhill badly. Not the hospital I used to know and used to highly recommend. Very dissatisfied and causing undue stress resulting in further pain.

Patient – After hospital a doctors mismanaged at John Flynn hospital contacted qld health ombudsman who did nothing to help only extensive report a verbal response With no knowledge of medical diagnosis. Complaint to QLD ombudsman. Returned the same an in response said in many words will put down to experience an increase training in future complaints why bother to spend days an extensive paper work to get help in a extreme medical neglect an wrong diagnosis an medication head office of Ramsay health refused to help approached my local members for help one said can’t help other never returned to answer my complaint Why are these government agencies there for?
