Scratches easily – The boards are considerably scratched from first use. It is designed to reduce cross-contamination, but clearly not to reduce ingestion of plastic. I am not even sure what plastic it is as it's not listed. Also - while the idea for the tidy box of boards is nice, its not a natural move for me to put things away vertically - ie from the top (I am not that tall). I would prefer if it were open top and front). (if you can compare it to say - some knife racks need you to put knives in vertically - others give you a natural angle to put them in)
