There are also numerous other functions in the software that makes tracking employees and sub-contractors status a simple task. The amount of detail you can collect on your workers is endless and at a glance you can see if they are current with their training or qualifications. Again the other functions are endless, in short you can use the system as detailed or as simply as you need, either way it helps protect you and your workers from any potential disasters, when it is writing it makes everyone think before they act. April 16th 2019 Update: The most valuable software I have ever owned.

I have been using JSEAsy for years now and it has saved me time and money. Most importantly it has given me peace of mind when I tackle any job. You can create any SWMS/JSA with ease, either create your own job templates or select from the plethora of templates provided in the software. You can modify any part of the information for your specific needs and store them for future jobs and situations. The software covers more than you can imagine. The printout is detailed and clear for anyone to read and understand. I am a builder for the oil companies and they demand the best, this software is the best without question.

We now have templates in place that are of a high standard which we can edit quickly and efficiently and that are flexible enough to adapt to any new job. We now have no problems with our JSA's, its so easy to review and revise so we can ensure it applies to the actual site we are working on at any given time.

Our JSA looks very professional, with our company logo, but above all it was easy to implement.

We have found this programme cost and time effective and excellent in producing templates for JSA/ JSEA / JHA / SWMS /WHS / OHS.

The response was unbelievable! He instigated a remote session with us and guided us through the process. Within an hour we have been guided through all the areas of the software, produced all of the policies and procedures we needed to provide to our client as well as a SWMS for the project that was to a standard that I had never seen before.
