My Sime combi broken down at weekend, leave us no hot water and heating. I called 5+ companies try to get a quote to replace my current Sime combi, JHH responded promptly and suggested me to replaced it with Baxi with a very competitive price. He also is able to install on Wednesday. He arrived at 8:30am and finished at 3:00pm, did a fantastic job. I highly recommand his workmanship.

Called Julian late on a Monday to replace a failed hot water service. He arrived the next day on time and fitted the new unit quickly and efficiently.

Julian replaced our hot water service with a newer more efficient system. He was well organised and completed and cleaned up when he was finished. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for anyone else if needed.

Solved our difficult hot water issue – After seeing 5 professionals to try to resolve our hot water issue, Julian came multiple times and finally resolved the issue. not come on on Tuesday 31 May. The thermostat showed house temperature of 12C. I called him. He said he would not get there until Wed 1 June around lunch time. He was there for barely 30 mins. Checked 3 panels (out of 12) but called that a "service call" and charged me $220. By Sunday 5 June, the system stopped working. I called him on Monday 6 June at 8.30am. He said he was busy and would call me back. I started looking around at hydronic heating specialists. He still had not called me back by today - 8 June. I called him today at 9.30am and told him that I wanted a refund of my $220. He said his warranty doesn't cover service calls, that there must be another problem. I told him not to bother to come out. I have seen his reputation on this site. AND one of the hydronic heating specialists I spoke to said that the Beretta is NOT a system anyone would recommend, and Just Hot Water is not a hydronic heating specialist: 'probably fine for hot water systems, nothing more." Just Hot Water called me back after I hung up on him and left a message to say that he would come out today to look at what was needed to be fixed and not charge me a call out. I am ignoring him. Will NEVER have him come in for anything ever again. Am now in the process of sourcing a quality hydronic specialist to replace the dud boiler. DO NOT USE Just Hot Water services. There is NO service.

No service – Called out to my house on 6th April. He told us that I've needed a part which would take around 3 weeks to source. attended today on 1st June and fixed it on the spot. I don't need to add an opinion. The facts speak for themselves.

Don't expect good service or honest quotes – Just Hot Water and Just Hydronic Heating are the same company. We called them out to look at a noisy boiler on our hydronic heating. The guy came out, looked at the boiler from the outside (didn't open anything or do any investigation on the unit whatsoever to determine what the problem was) - told me that the unit was just old and needed… Read more

replacing to the tune of approx. $4,500. I paid him his $150 call out fee and sent him on his way.

Called one of their competitors the very next day, he came out, fixed the unit like new for just $630.

Not an honest company. More interested in selling their products than providing good service.

Beretta Meteo Green Hydronic Boiler installation – In May 2015 Plumbing On Time Pty.Ltd., trading as Just Hot Water Systems, installed a Beretta Meteo Green Hydronic Boiler. In July 2017 we replaced it with a Bosch boiler. In March 2018 VCAT ordered Plumbing On Time Pty.Ltd. to pay me $500.

Excellent service – Rang the company late in the day on the 15/12. Daniel said someone would be at my house about midday the next day to install new water heater. Price was competitive. New unit delivered mid morning then Julian (nice bloke) turned up on time and it was all sorted in about an hour or so. Took away the old heater. Very happy with the prompt service and workmanship. Based on my experience would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Poor service and woeful communication – I’ve had this company come out twice before, the second job being installation of a new hot water unit for hydronic heating- there was a problem with the thermostat and not able to operate as required. Daniel for a job to install a new heating panel and followed his advice to email him so the job can be started. Well, further phone calls and several emails later, there has been no communication - I’ve been Waiting for contact from Daniel who was quite obvious with his rude and disdainful attitude toward me. I don’t know why ? I’ve only provided him with past business! Some communication would be appreciated. If you don’t want the business Don’t waste people’s time.

Great price and service – Came out with short notice and efficiently changed over water heater and got rid of new one at a reasonable price. Highly recommended

seems he just did not want to take it. He took valuable copper parts from the first time but left the invaluable tank behind. I think that is very unprofessional.

I thought this company was fine by looking at their website saying over 50 years of experience so I was convinced they were good. And I thought [name removed] was a cool guy and his job was first class in my eyes. I am not sure who is bringing this company down??? Shame! Boss [name removed] was very rude on the phone when complaining about old tank left behind after 2nd attempt .Looking at there other reviews clearly states there is a problem.

They did not even call us about what was happening with tank removal. NO communication.

Anyway I am taking the hot water tank to local land fill myself.

I am not sure If I will recommend this company to other people.... BEWARE!!!!

Yep I just came back from land fill. I had to pay 30$ and I had damaged my top and jeans during loading procedure and scratched interior of my 1 year old car! Yep this things weigh tons especially there is w water inside!

Dont deal with this company – Repaired a broken boiler and introduced a leak. When asked to repair the new leak argued that it was not him and we would have to pay for call out and parts. Blatantly refused to admit wrong and just wanted more money. We finally got another plumber to have a look and he fixed it in 45 seconds and did not charge a cent. Stay clear of this this company.

Very disappointed with service – Paid $295 for replacing a valve. Still no hot water! They were reluctant to return & actually fix unit. Useless!

POOR BEHAVIOUR BY TRADESMAN – Just Hot Water Systems replaced my gas hot water heater. No problem with the product, just with the installer. He needed some soil for the job so without asking if I had any spare, dug some out of a flower bed taking bulbs and other plants with it. take the old hot water heater away, but when he realised I was physically unable to help lift it on to his vehicle, threatened to leave it behind. No mention was made of needing help with lifting when the job was arranged. I have used this company twice before, but will not again.
