I recently had a frustrating experience with the rear window tint on my Q5. It was badly bubbled, so I booked a local mobile tint removal service. They warned me it was only a 50/50 chance of coming off cleanly — unfortunately, I was on the wrong side of that. The technician used a heat gun and knife, which damaged some of the demister lines, and ended up walking away from the job.
Thankfully, I called Just Tint Dandenong and they completely saved the day. They thought the window could still be salvaged (using steam and not a heat gun) and booked me in straight away.
From start to finish, the service was outstanding — clear communication, easy online booking, reminder texts, and a courtesy call the day before. Drop-off was simple, they kept me updated, and the job was completed ahead of the quoted time (around 4 hours).
The result is fantastic! The new tint looks perfect, perfectly matched, and the rear window is now flawless. I’m extremely happy with the outcome.
A big shout out to Just Tint Dandenong for turning a disaster into a great result. Very happy to recommend them!

An awesome experience! – I received amazing assistance from the Pakenham customer service team and on the day of the job at Dandenong, Emily and Sachin were really lovely. Even the young man who drove me to McDonalds while I waited for my tint to be completed was super knowledgeable and friendly. I look at my car now with such pride, Just Tint made her look beautiful!

Just Tint Mornington = TERRIBLE – Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a company for a very long time. It took them three attempts to get the tinted windows right on my car as you can see in the photos. They didn't even refit one of the inner door panels correctly, I had to vacuum out all the little off cuts from the tint and the on the third attempt my car had streaks all down the paintwork that I had to point out to them to clean off. Their attention to detail is non-existent. I demanded compensation for the poor workmanship and the inconvenience of having to take my car there THREE times and was returned $300 as a 'gesture of goodwill' as they put it. Would never return there and would not recommend at all. Should be zero starts. Absolute clown show.
