I always receive GREAT service from Just Wines, especially my respresentative Christian. I get offered special deals but are never pressured into taking them out. There prices and quality are excellent. Their money guarantee is just that. Sometimes I just try out something new and if it's not what I want or I have changed my mind, I am immediately sent a return postage label. I will continue to shop with them.

These people are a joke. Received an email offering a discount for a review I did. Found a wine I wanted to buy. Not only did discount not apply at checkout I received a message on screen stating they could not deliver to my address ?? Very odd as I purchased from them previously and delivery address has not changed. Never Again.

This wine tastes like it may have gone beyond its expiry date. For a sparkling white it was a strange colour, very little in the way of bubbles (not sparkling) and a bad taste. Disappointed in this undrinkable wine.

Have purchased a number of lots at different times from Just Wines and their service is always great. The latest is a dozen Hardy's Cab Merlot, which was a great price and the wine is value for money. It is only a quaffing style, but that's how I like it these days.

I spend usually about $120 each time I make a purchase from JustWine. So about $10 per bottle. But I get quality wines - some 14.5% alc vol and dated pre-2020 - so I think I am getting a good deal. And if I want to splurge I can pay more for even better wine!

The wine was delivered as instructed... (somewhat heavy to carry that box from the P Office to where I was parked.. but ... all fine in the end. The wines are very good...yes, a couple not as good as others but overall.. really good quality.

the wine was delivered to the wrong address x 2 boxes, and one was damaged and returned to be redelivered. I am still awaiting that. So the delivery was the issue not the wine.

Did not ordered this wine. Forced on me as a replacement by insensitive customer service I ordered Tempus 2 Shiraz. After one week, no news, no communication, no shipping. After 10 days, I got a call from customer service saying they couldn’t access the Tempus 2 they presold, so I was getting this Rosenthal I knew nothing about. Basically no apologies, suck it up and say thank you for getting such a good wine… Great customer service!!!

Great value for money for a 'mixed' dozen (two of each label), bottles of Shiraz. Have had a couple of bottles since they arrived, and was pleasantly surprised. Delivery time was on time, and communication was good. Will purchase more wine from them in the future.

Recently, I bought "Excellent Selection Red Wines Mixed - 12 Bottles". I haven't finished all the wines yet. I liked "Birds of Paint- Shiraz 2021" which was an excellent selection.

My wine manager is very interested in pushing a sale but doesn't exhibit the same determination with the after sales service aspect of a transaction, should a problem arise. I'll get this resolved certainly, however I'm disappointed my expectation of reasonable customer service was not reflected by Just Wines initial resolution efforts. P.S: a follow-up call from a Just Wines representative 6 days ago supposedly resolved this issue by cancelling the replacement and crediting my initial outlay back to my original purchase method (as per my request). The representative assured me that this would be actioned immediately. It wasn't! 6 days and one follow up email from me later and it still hasn't been credited back to my account!! I have spent a considerable sum purchasing from Just Wines over the past years and have never faced such woeful after sales customer service: possibly because I have infrequently tested it, having rarely had as issue. I am not satisfied the 'tasting guarantee' is entirely all it is purported to be. Because of this particular issue I refuse to give anything other than a 1 star feedback score. If you want to know how a business is doing in the after sales support area then it pays to review the negative feedback, as well as the positive.

Swanning around pink prosecco is absolutely delightful. Balanced flavours, easy drinking. Have purchased many times! Hope you guys continue to supply this as it's a winner!!

All three vintage of McGuigan wines are excellent, smooth plum notes and aroma that were smelt the moment you extracted the cork. I thought the 2017 red wine was a little less floral and had a smooth full body which touched your front palate immediately and was a delicate blend which made it so easy to drink and having a cork was a thrill.

Mystery Tasmanian Chardonnay Bit of a mixed review from ourselves and friends. Too minerally for our palette, but our friends quite like this. Good value if these really are $50 per bottle as we got them for $12. We give this to our friends when they come over, they're happy.

Opened two bottles and one was completely undrinkable, full of grape residue and had turned to vinegar. Not good enough considering the hype. Since found similar comments by others.

A situation arose where I had to change my order at the last minute because of a personal financial crisis. Steve made some adjustments almost instantaneously that enabled me to maintain a reduced order for a prime wine that I love, and ensured that I will return to Just Wines in the future.! The T'Gallant Prosecco I bought for $7 a bottle is usually $20 = happy customer! The Grant Purge Shiraz I bought for $8.50 was also a good buy.

Delivery was fast and customer service was very efficient and speedy!

Overall a great first experience with Just Wines.
