JW Furniture Jessica Entertainment Unit (Natural White)

Material looks cheap- different from photos. Too expensive for what they are – Crap pieces- fake reviews on their website and google. Not worth $1700. I bought 3 items as a set and it turns out each of them has issues. They first sent me the wrong part, and insisted that It is not installed properly. Tv unit – I haven’t received my product yet which I has been waiting for more then 3 months. Due to covid and issue with port in China , they are not able to deliver the products. not inform afterward that there is issues with port lock down, shipments , clearance etc!

Interesting is my comments got deleted and I am block from my Instagram! Very interesting.. There is no phone number to ring them , and I don’t want to comment further on their costumer services. It is client fault to have to chase the product they buy but not company issues that they not able to deliver and Fail to inform the customer.

noticed the quality of the unit was not good. The drawers were not aligned and had uneven gaps. The material looks really cheap.

I wanted a refund due to all the defects and how bad the unit looked. I contacted them with all the damages and they only offered a $300 discount or replacement. They would not budge on the discount amount either.

Later after accepting that I have no choice but keep this cheap looking furniture, I tried to install it. Had to email the retailer several times for instructions as it wasn’t provided. And a bolt provided had no threads so I had to make a separate trip to bunnings and buy one. Really shows the bad quality of everything.

As a result I feel like I overpaid for a crap piece of furniture and want to warn others since there aren’t any reviews on them anywhere.
