More time should be spent on giving patients hands on treatment rather than spending most of the time with a question-and-answer interview, especially when the patient has already been through this drill before with another physio in the same practice. Apparently, the physios in the same practice, do not have access to each other's notes on the patient. This appears to me to be a money-making exercise because the initial interview attracts more patient fees. If I have to go through the same drill again, I might as well see another physio in another practice who may be more accommodating.
