bottle but around the $600 price. When they were contacted, which is only through the "support" or chat. They mentioned that it was a mistake and they were sorry and would organise a swap. They agreed to get the incorrect bottle picked up and luckily i got sent the correct bottle. It is possible that this was a genuine mistake, however the birthday surprise was ruined. I'm posting this as a record for other buyers and also for KSC to have a QA check with their deliveries.

 Follow-up  · Responding to the follow-up queries that was sent. 1. No compensation was offered 2. The revised delivery was made within a couple of days of KSC being notified 3. A courier picked up the incorrect bottle in the morning and another courier delivered the correct bottle in the evening

Kent St Cellars are just fantastic. I first came across them when I was looking for a specific whiskey for my husband, and since then they've become my "go to" online whiskey store. The range is great, the prices are good and their delivery system is really reliable and fast. I've had nothing but happy experiences shopping here and will definitely shop there again.

Buyer be aware - their shipping information is deceptive and they dont have a phone number. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from them. It is not 1-2 business days for delivery even with adding on the extra 48 hours for high-traffic periods. The only way I got them to call me was by stating that I would lodge an ACCC complaint. A very disappointing experience. Now waiting on my refund.

Avoid – Don't buy from them if you're in Melbourne. 2 weeks past since I've placed an order and still and no delivery. They use Aramex couriers - enough said. Customer service is useless.

Kent Street Cellars – Ordered 3 bottles of DomPerignon on line with Kent Street cellars. They were delivered promptly. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order. Excellent service. Furthermore there were cheaper than all other places. Highly recommend.

BUYER BEWARE – BUYER BEWARE!!!! Do not even attempt to buy from this company. Ordered and paid for a case of Prosecco 5wks ago. Still waiting!!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was sent a fake screenshot of a refund and a fake screenshot of a delivery. Numerous emails back and forth to a point where Adam has now become aggressive. He has my money. This is now a police matter!

Do not purchase wine from this company – Their delivery company have gone MIA for 10days with my order. Kent Street cellars have not answered calls, voicemails or emails regarding the missing order. The courier company seems to be a scam. They also have no working phone and don’t reply to emails. Do not purchase wine from this company. Orders do not arrive.

whether the delivery had been successfully made. After 5 days of nothing - not even an text - I phoned to find out. Had to leave a message. NOBODY bothered to get back to me, and I had to phone AGAIN the following day. The attitude I received was very dismissive, citing that "we are an online service and you didn't provide an email address." It's not - it has a CBD store, which is precisely where the order was placed. When I said that this had not been a problem when I placed the order - and that if it was, then maybe orders shouldn't be taken without one - I could hear the person at the other end of the phone's eyes rolling in their head. No acceptable reason given for the no follow-up contact, or not getting a return call regarding my inquiry message; no apologies made. Too-bad-for-you is clearly in their customer service training manual. Will not be ordering from here again even with my email address. Kent Street Cellars might be big, but it's not big on service. At ALL.

Sent defective products, ignored emails, wouldn't refund – Sent defective glassware, ignored most of my emails. Eventually said that it was the manufacturers fault and would reach out to them, but then never responded after that. Had to follow up repeatedly to get a response, at which point they were unhelpful. Filed a credit card claim and it was immediately decided in my favour. Would not buy from again.

Great service – The store has a decent selection of alcohol including some bottles that are not easily found elsewhere. The items i purchased were described accurately, well priced & delivered quickly. I will happily use again.
