Kicker iKICK iK501

One Of The Better Docking Stations – Ah, the Kicker iK501. This system really did earn it's name, because it's got some kick. A mammoth of a dock, it delivers clear, bass loaded sound throughout your entire home (and even outside of it, i ran a private test on max volume). It really is a great docking station in my opinion. On the back of the system is a 6-inch square reflex subwoofer that is visibly powerful. The kicker was my best friend over the summer a few years back, fuelling many a party. If you want loud but clear, with a boom that let's you know it's there, well then i recommend the iKICK iK501. It can distort on max volume depending on the song, however, and it is quite a heavy piece of technology. Overall, i rate the kicker a 7.5/10, but also give it a high regard in the Docking Stations department. Impressive. Great sound, Great Bass, Heavy, Ugly, Can Distort at max volume.

The perfect dock if you want bass stereo quality sound – We were going to buy the BOSE docking station but when we were recommended this by a friend from the States we sought it out. We bought it at Myer, but JB HiFi stock it now too. It fills the house with extremely clear and bassy sound. It has exceeded our expectations so much that we purchased the smaller version for our 18 year old for Xmas. Outstanding. Great sound.
