Great for golf – Have had my buggy for 8 years and no failure except button failure , which the amount of times you push it has to wear out. If I drove my car over some of ground I cover at golf it would be buggered. When you need help go direct to Phantom their service is excellent. Wouldn't buy another on – This is an update to a review about four months ago. I play golf at least three days a week so I now have a better idea of the product and backup service. despite regular communication by email, text and phone I have given up expecting the new battery. I have just ordered a new one at my cost. The frame appears to be getting more flexible even after tightening fixings making the buggy less stable on slopes. The golf bag needs to be repositioned regularly as it moves in the mounting brackets The add ons such as card and umbrella holder and seat appear of poor quality and could be described as not fit for purpose
