KitchenAid Leave In Meat Thermometer HK1888

Inexpensive but vital – My wife is a perfectionist and paranoid about eating undercooked meat, particularly pork. I purchased this great little product from the Myer online site during one of Victoria's many lockdowns. It works well. From the taste of the meat, the thermometer does what it claims. One does have to be careful to use an oven mitt to remove it from the cooked meat.

It's easy to clean, and was delivered effortlessly by Australia Post with the usual great service I've come to expect from Myer.
