Anko tennis balls
We went to Kmart to buy my some Wilson tennis balls. Like everything in Kmart, they have been replaced by the Anko private label. A good test for any tennis ball is how they respond to playing catch with the dogs. The bounce is poor ad the felt is easily stripped. It is becoming hard to buy anything from Kmart when good quality brands are being replaced with this Anko private label. This probably does it for buying sports gear from Kmart.
A big load of rubbish.
I went to Kmart yesterday for the first time. Was reading heaps of glowing reports from the internet during the last 9 months. Must of been paid for.
It’s the biggest load of rubbish clothing, and cheap homewares.
You’d be better off buying from the op shop. Better quality and style, at a fraction of the price.
There’s nothing you would want there, if it was free. Target had much better.
Would never go to one of Kmart stores ever again.
I downloaded photos from my phone to place onto CD at Kmart at the beginning of April. I have been very busy with a sick husband and daughter and was not able to get back to Kmart until the this Saturday 8 May. to collect my photos. I was not contacted by Kmart at any time to reminded me to collect the items. In the mean time I had deleted all my photos from my phone as it was blocking the phone up. I did not use iCloud.

No genuine delivery attempt, home all day.
Kmart - check with your customers to see if they had to collect it!
I live in a gated community, off putting yes but there is an intercom next to the mailbox.
Intercom rings mobile, no missed call.
Intercom was working as had a successful delivery that morning.
Received email but am still waiting for the follow up SMS with pick up location and PIN.
Failed deliver card advises I should be able to collect my parcel next working day...not in this case.

Disappointed in quality
Purchased the Round Fringed rug- pink, and while it looks great and it very soft, almost immediately after purchasing it started to fall apart, just walking across it leaves small pieces spread everywhere making it almost impossible to vacuum without clogging the head of my vacuum, in the attached photo it hows how much has come off just from running my hand across it
I have a super Oscar blanket, it is so warm,and light, I use it as a top sheet and have never been warmer. Purchased another one as a bottom sheet , and one for my daughter as well. Very happy with price, and size.
Anko bed sheets
I received a set of white, Queen size cotton, anko sheets for a present bought from KMart. Without a doubt they are the most comfortable sheets I have ever had. Unfortunately there is no thread count on the label...there may have been on the packaging or there may be only one quality. Some sheets have too high a thread count and they are too shiny and slippery...or the opposite is too rough. I will try and get some more of these Anko sheets as they are the best.
First time ordering online and everything came in a timely manner. There were a number of clothing items I had to exchange in store and the team were very friendly. Thanks

Kmart Southport Canberra is a negative place to shop
My husband and I dropped by there yesterday for some items. In the middle aisle which says back and front $8 are joggers of different colours and sizes. It was very difficult for me as I’m not physically baked so I was grateful for it. We picked up 8 items for my husband and son. At the self serve, it showed a different price altogether. We asked the gentleman who’s posted there and with a hummmp called for someone. There came a Filipino woman (I confirmed with one of the staff) and explained our dilemma. She looked at me with a smirk and said ...“that is wrong”. Me and my husband confirmed they’re in the middle aisle and she said “that cannot be as these are fleece, you should know the difference”. I said “I need you to check as what me and my husband is saying is true”.... if I wasn’t only very exhausted with my elbow crutch, I would have gone with her. She said “she will”.... and disappeared yet didn’t come back. The gentleman manning the self serve then said “what do you want to do with this, as he rummaged in our bag”.... I said “just cancel those with wrong prices please”.... and he started to press the codes as if he’s in a terrible mood then left..... Kmart might be a cheap place to get items but do we customers need to be treated this badly by their employees especially it’s not our fault at all? Thus I will never go back to Southpoint/Hyperdome Kmart and hopefully they also change their behaviour as it’s appalling. No apologies. No explanations. Treated like a menace. And I am even a disabled person. No compassion nor kindness at all.
Received a range of items separately sent. Was astonished by lack of care in packing. Ie 2 GUA SHA tools (very Breakable jade) put in a big box without ANY packing around them. The box as sa result was very damaged and astonished the contents of most boxes survived. Will not buy anything hard or breakable online again as just too risky. I received 4 boxes and they were all the same - no attempt to protect fragile items

Incompetent, dangerous and unhelpful
The pots I bought online came smashed into lots of sharp pieces and I cut my hand in 2 places when I opened the parcel. All the breakable items were just shoved in the bottom of the box with no padding around them. This is the second time this has happened with an online order from Kmart and it’s resulted in my hand being sliced open. They’re really incompetent and it’s not a one-off issue. It’s not difficult to package breakable items properly, plenty of other stores are able to do it. Whoever packs online orders obviously doesn’t care about t...heir job or about customers. The rest of the items from my order were also just shoved in randomly and were all bent out of shape, like the whole box was. The first response I received back when I contacted them regarding this didn’t even acknowledge that I’d been injured. They just said that I needed to take the broken items back to a physical store if I wanted them replaced or refunded, which is ridiculous because it was an online order. I don’t live near a Kmart store hence why I ordered online. I requested to have the broken items replaced but I received no confirmation that they would do that. I’ve now been waiting for 2 weeks for a response and I haven’t received a refund or replacement. I’ve followed them up twice about this and have had no reply. Maybe they’re hoping to ignore me until I go away so they don’t have the address the safety issue involved. Whatever the reason is that they haven’t responded to me - whether it’s on purpose or just more incompetence from Kmart staff - I’ve had to make a complaint to Fair Trading to try get this issue sorted. I would definitely not recommend Kmart online shopping - they don’t care how they package your order and if it breaks they make it difficult for you to get a replacement or refund. The customer service is terrible. There’s really nothing positive to say about shopping online with Kmart and dealing with Kmart customer service.
Impossible to navigate let alone pinpoint what I'm after. I type in armchair on their search bar and I get "this product is no longer available". I type in chair. Same thing!! Kmart really need to pick up their act or they'll end up like Target who they have taken over (go bloody figure) which had much better quality products. Absolute rubbish site!!
Cant make slippers with correct sizing.
Bought a pair of very cheap slippers online and they where not the corect sizing. Better to try in store not to buy online. Previous problems with not in stock items and bad sizing does not make for a credible online store.
Ordered 3 products online. From inside the shipping box it looks like noone had a care in the world for packing the goods. All three are damaged the worst one has been cut bout 8cm long. Will not use online shopping here again.
Not all products in my order
Purchased bedside touch lamps, light globes, and lilac jumper.
Jumper wasnt folded just shoved in the box so lamps wouldnt rattle around. No light globes at all.
Box actually stunk sooo bad (of faeces), I tossed it outside. Thanks kmart Broadway. That was most unpleasant.
All my canvases smell terrible
Months ago I purchased a two pack of heart-shaped canvases and like some other products from Kmart recently, I’ve noticed an abhorrent smell lingering all over the them. Even after leaving them outside for weeks and painting over them multiple times. I’ll be frank, the canvas smells like a weiner. I wish their was a better was to say it but I digress. I almost vomit everytime I put my paint brush to it, it’s that bad. I had to use one for an embroidery project for my Grandmother. As I said, i’ve noticed alot of products in Kmart recently have this smell, this nasty, pungent smell. Bottom line, some stuff at Kmart smells so foul nothing can save it and I have my poor grandmother a piece of art I made and it smells like weenie.
I ordered rug online it said available so then I placed the order. Today I received rug but it was the wrong rug.they said it was a picking order mistake.
So I went online to see if it was available but said back online soon.was it really in stock at placing the order?So now I have to return rug minus the delivery charge which wasn’t my fault , so why should I pay for something that’s not my fault.Kmart just wants to get rid of there stock that people don’t want.Not happy, won’t be buying online from Kmart. Waste of time running around to return item.and ripping me off the delivery charge of $21.00.
Kmart Narellan had been one of the worst in its customer service. Had to try out outfits. There were 4 girls who works at Kmart surrounded and chitchatting at the fitting room. Didn’t bother to move her trolly to give way to me. She was quite rude upon asking for the way. After trial, came out to hand over the outfits which I was not happy , again the lady the counter was very rude and mean to advise to leave the outfits. This is not the first my experience with this store is worst. I would not prefer shopping there. Worst customer service amongst all the Kmarts that I had been. Store really need to train there employees on basic service. RACIST.
Last week I ordered a Sofa, and received it without the hardware and the legs to be be able to put it together. I only got the big parts, no screws.
Since Thursday I've called 6 times and I have sent at least 7 emails and Kmart Online hasn't been able to help. Two of the costumer services representatives have hung up the phone while in the middle of the conversation (Name [Name Removed] today). I asked for a replacement sofa, and every time I call they say that a manager will call me back in a few hours and I never receive the call. This has h...appened 3 times. This has been by far the worst service I have received from an online shop. I take the time to write this message to see if someone can help me with this situation, as I have no knowledge that the parts missing or the replacement sofa have been sent.

Why do your black jeans have a horrible fishy smell on them - people have said 0nline it’s the dye in them but they stink and can not get smell out no matter what I’ve tried and went into local store and another store and women’s black ripped jeans all smelt of this horrible smell?
