Currently sitting here and questioning my life. Am I that dumb or kmart is intentionally causing their customers pain and ripping them off? I couldn't figure how the connecting cam lock screw would connect the already assembled 4 cube box. There isnt provision for it at all, and if you dont use it and rely on the wooden connector alone, the box will be unstable and wobbly. This is complete mess na doesn't just work, except with a trip to bunnings and doing some modifications. What is meant to be a SIMPLE DIY turned into hell..shame I gotta return this and maybe head to IKEA or bunnings.

Guess i'll be counting my loss on this one, travel distant for return is massive, I ordered it online ans was delivered to my doorstep. I believe a total recall of the product will be appropriate,so other customer won't have to go through same hell went through. Perhaps a team member can try to put it together and see where the problem lies. And if kmart thinks there is a way around it, a diy video link would be handy.
Disappointed – Was not expecting top quality but I did expect to have correct pieces for assembly, I can live with the patched areas Not all pieces numbered so had to spend time figuring that out. That in itself was not too hard but went to join together and the last piece does not have the holes drilled all the way through to join the unit together. Its like they've put a 4 cube unit in the box with extra pieces to make it 8 cube if you happen to have a drill. Instructions on joining the final shelf that joins the two parts are very poor. Currently having a coffee in hope that we can figure a way to make it useful. Don't have the energy to pull apart nor will it fit in my car to return as almost assembled. Lesson learned, Kmart is not a furniture store. To: Kmart quality assure your suppliers, the box should contain appropriate parts or else have a warning on the box stating modifications & a trip to Bunnings for bracket may be required to complete assembly. Very disappointed

Ehhhhh – I'm not a fan of this product in the assembly and construction, a good portion of the pieces were not numbered so I had a grand time trying to figure out what was what, you DEFINITELY need a cordless drill for this, a lot of patience, someone to help you and a drinkydrink afterwards. As it's particleboard and moderately thin it's not really useful for storage as it can't handle too much weight, and one of the dowels was broken upon unpacking the bag of screws. I turned this sideways to store craft supplies on my craft table and it works well, but I don't think it will survive a stack of books and magazines!
