VerifiedHi. Just bought this product. What is shown on the display? I have a '5' with a flashing '2'. If I tilt the power pack, then '188' is displayed. Then the '5' with a flashing '2' returns when the pack is left alone. cheers B

Hello, I just received my portable charger. I placed on charge and the unit does not seem to be charging beyond 60. There isn't a manual, I assume this should read 100 fully charged
Hmm. Not sure what's gone wrong, but I suggest you take the charger back to Kmart for a replacement (they are excellent in replacing with no hassles). I've had my ANKO 20Ahr charger for more than 12 months of heavy use and it still shows 100% capacity when charged and seems to hold charge appropriately.
I tried using the cable provided with the unit and its now charging properly
I have a 2 month old unit. It suddenly seems to have lost power and I can't recharge. Plugged into power a 0 flashes. Initially the number 188 flashes up before the 0 continually flashes.. . Any suggestions greatly appreciated
Make sure you have it up the correct way. Try leaving it on the Charger for many hours.
Doesn't sound good. I'd suggest you take it back as it is still under warranty.

i have one of these but my input connection has gone into unit are they fixable as it is not able to charge now

Kmart warranties and return policies are outstandingly good. I recommend you call your nearest store and arrange a replacement.
