Still going strong over 2 years – Well, I can only speak for myself but I have been using this mouse for over two years on the go with my laptop and it is still going strong. Never had a problem with it, comfortable to use, feels good in the hands and I love that cool red light through the shell of the mouse. I can see some reviewers haven't had a good experience but I can't complain. For $9, absolute bargain. I've had gaming mechanical mouses in the three figure range for my home computer that haven't lasted as long.

Purchased at Kmart Retail Stores for $9.

Hopeless Anko Wireless Mouse from Kmart – I purchased this mouse to use with an upgraded laptop. It comes with a user manual that is useless. There is no indication as to how to get into the mouse to find the usb connector and to add the batteries. I have tried to get into the mouse and fear the only way to do so is to break it. A hopeless waste of money. Cheap and nasty. Don't buy it.

Purchased in at Kmart for $9.

Absolute garbage – Have to move the mouse constantly to even get near where I want it to be. Have to press extremely hard for it to react. Absolute rubbish mouse, worst I have ever used. I bought it in a hurry to tide me over until I can get to a tech store. Better off using the keyboard. Do NOT purchase.

Purchased in at Kmart for $7.

It has worked well - for around a month and a half – It's started giving lots of bad signals - link open link in a new tab, and it does, and it also opens the link in the current tab at the same time. Or I move to a new tab, and the tab closes instead of opening. I have had a lot of mice, and they generally die from old age and wear and tear. This is the first one to die in both the early age of malfunctioning, and the irrational signalling it sends.

The one thing I can credit Kmart with is the consistently poor quality of their products, and their online and phone based customer service.

Not buying another one - ever.

The difference between a good quality product, at a competitive price, and a poor quality product, at a bottom dollar price, along with the exceptionally poor customer service to go with it, is that I shop else where for pretty much everything, and Kmart isn't even worth considering. Much of what you sell is such brain dead low specification garbage, that going to Kmart is just a waste of time. "And we'd recommend you go back into the store" - And the store is 130 K away..... With a proof of purchase....... And phone us, to discuss this further.... My time, my money, my resources being wasted on account of your consistently POOR QUALITY products, and your now telling me that I have to spend 3/4 an hour extra of my time, to get a refund, on a $10 mouse.

I like the fact that you so freely assuming that you can sell junk that is unfit for purpose, and then expect the purchaser to do ALL the running around, to fix up the problems that you created for them, at their own expense, in their own time, and to show no initiative what so ever - other than copy paste lip service in a comments section - after getting nailed for it.

The least you can do is contact me, and post me out one of these mice.

The Anko (Kmart) Brand is pure bottom dollar garbage.

Hi there, we apologise for any frustration caused and definitely understand that with a store some distance away, going back into store isn't an ideal solution. If this was an instore purchase, unfortunately we are unable to remotely refund so the product would need to go back to store if this was the case, however if this was an online purchase let us know the order number and we can look into this further on our end here to assist with a refund. Unfortunately we are unable to send out an alternative mouse as a replacement as this is a different product to what was purchased. Thank you for sharing this feedback with us regarding both the mouse and your experience post-purchase. Feedback like yours helps us to continue to improve our product range and service, and to do better in future. If you would like to discuss your experience further, our Customer Care Team is always happy to assist and available to contact and can be contacted via email as well if you'd prefer not to call.

Send a courier around to pick it up, and send him back with a $10 note.
