said ‘it’s due on the 29th’, I have heard nothing…I have used their chat feature, emailed them, called them and given my number for a call back, called them and waited online because no one responded to my chat or emails or called me back…so now I am here in the hope that Koala actually responds with word on when my final box is coming! And also hoping to hear they are going to review their environmentally unfriendly delivery approach…

feels structurally strong as well (we have a 10kg+ amp). More importantly, there are no glass and no sharp corners. The sliding doors also remove the risk of collision with a protruding open door. The cabinets are spacious and generous to store all the gadgets. The cable management feature is another plus to hide away unsightly wires.

All in all, a well made and well thought out product.

Bed bundle – Purchased a bed bundle from koala and couldn’t be happier the mattress is so comfortable we have had a few different mattresses over the years and the koala one has proved to be the best. Wasn’t sure about buying without trying first but had slept on one of their sofa beds at our sons and found it very comfortable so went ahead with the bed bundle for ourselves. Love it. The service was great too.

Excellent budget option with modern designer look – For $500 this is a great TV unit. I love the fact that it assembles without tools or fixtures, and it fits a really wide range of electronic items such as our wide and flat Sonos sub. everything tucked away and hidden but still use the remote with the doors closed on this unit. The ply looks really nice without looking cheap, and the colour of the laminate on the outside is very sympathetic with modern Australian decor fashions. Very happy with my purchase.
