Kogan 48" LED TV (Full HD)

Worst customer service – I have been so patient with you people. My delivery wasn’t on time and now you guys are not processing the refund for the TV I cancelled because it wasn’t been delivered on time. I confirmed with toll people that they have delivered the TV back to you. You guys are the worst people I had to deal with. I have been emailing Doris(freight investigator) from the past 3 days and I have no response. There is no way to contact you guys. Atleast respond to the emails. Worst customer service provided from you guys. Will never ever order from you guys. Never!! Nobody should order from you guys you guys are the worst to deal with.

Just ok TV – I got the second hand one but it was hardly-used by first owner. Apparently, it was still almost new when I bought it. Pros: Picture quality is good, stunning. Cons: - The sound quality is terrible. We have to connect it with a speaker. - We found that it cant connect to the antenna properly compare with another Hansen that we have.

Fair value – The TV was delivered quickly and undamaged to Tasmania. Picture quality good, it is no frills but an honest deal for the price. Sound quality is poor and I will probably buy separate speakers. The set did fail soon after purchase and I had to contact the help desk. They were very good over Christmas and sent a repair technician who replaced the power board. Now works fine again and no cost to me. I also bought an amplifier for my stereo and that is fine.

Very happy – The picture quality in HD is stunning. Don't notice any difference in standard def than my smaller budget LED's. Plenty of connections, good price and fast delivery. Sound quality is a bit iffy, but unless you spend 10 hours a day watchin television, and compare it to a unit 4 times the cost, I just can't see what anyone could complain about. I'm very satisfied.

Sound is absolutely PATHETIC!!! – Picture quality is average, speakers are absolute junk! The sound on a TV I bought from Aldi is 100 times better than this. Not impressed at all and would not advise anyone to purchase this TV. BEWARE. This is going to cost more money to purchase a sound bar to improve the quality of what I am attempting to hear. I have the volume at 100% on the TV and the same on a PVR I am using, all to no avail. I think I should have waited for the 55 inch Aldi TVs instead of buying this particular TV and will not buy another Kogan branded TV if this is how they are going to use such a weak speaker.
