Disappointing – First time in the water and the camera is flooded. Worst buy ever. Do not recommend this camera unless you're not planning to take it underwater. It may be worth it investing a little bit more and buying an original gopro. I doubt they will give me my money back and doubt that the replacement they will send me will not flood too. water case isn't really water proof
I've entered with my replacement camera straight from the box to the water - not a chance to have a tiny bit of sand or debris and guess what -it leaked again. And the replacement btw took ages to be delivered. Am I too unfortunate to get two "faulty" products?? I don't think so. I still think this camera is not designed for action sports in the water and do not recommend buying it AT ALL if you plan using for that purpose.
Kogan Full HD Action Camera – Leaked water. Requested money back they said no went and got another one leaked water again. Sent pictures of the water still wouldn't give money back. Don't buy this item! Buy a go pro worth the extra money for something that won't leak better to buy a known brand which you can trust

Hi Brad, I am having a problem with the battery not sitting in place so keeps coming up saying "no power". They have asked me to send it back. I was not game enough to put mine even near the water as I have heard about this problem from a few people. I have asked for a full refund including the extras that I bought. I hope you have better luck than I have had. Mine was a birthday present and my wife had to get the invoices for me. Stupid thing is the return form was sent to her email even though I was the one that contacted them and sent them all the information.
Great Camera – This is a great little sports camera. Best thing about it is that it has everything that all the other cameras have all in the one package. Most cameras out there promote this and that but they all seem to be missing something that another camera has and vise versa. Not this camera. It has a screen, remote, deep waterproof case (camera is fully functional inside) and much more.

This line of product was tested extensively prior to release, during and after development to ensure that it meets the standards to which it is advertised, which it did.
You need to be careful when sealing the unit prior to entering water with the device. Small grains of sand or dirt/debris, for example, if obstructing the rubber door seal, may result in the effectiveness of the seal being compromised.
