Remote stops working,unusale without remote sent me another remote same as first.Very hard to get to customer service,do not buy kogan banded products.Unit was discounted 60%,now I know why.DO NOT BUY.When it is working very good but randomly emote stops working.

 Follow-up  · Kogan replaced unit,remote works.
