Remote stops working,unusale without remote sent me another remote same as first.Very hard to get to customer service,do not buy kogan banded products.Unit was discounted 60%,now I know why.DO NOT BUY.When it is working very good but randomly emote stops working.

Wow isnt it amazing once you put your problem out on a public forum some one from the company responds.I already have a ticket open 200257539.I am happy with the unit but I want the remote to work.The remote was replace but made no difference dont insult my intellegence to suggest I put new batteries in it.The problem is obviously the unit itself.
