Beware of Kubota after sales service and product – 23 hours on the clock and belt issues again , had drive and belt issue at 10 hours and went to dealership for deck issues to be resolved , the bungee holds the bonnet in place because it doesn’t line up, second dealership mechanic stated that’s the way they are .Repairs at my expense and no issues until now , the warranty states workmanship and parts covered for 1000 hours ,dealerships should abide by this !

Kubota, They Couldn’t Care Less – I have a Kubota GR2120 Ride on Mower, 200 hours operating time, 3 years old, $14,000 purchase price. Regularly serviced by Authorised Kubota Mechanic, service reports forwarded. The transmission failed during normal mowing operation October 04. It took 2 weeks to have it diagnosed. The work required a transmission rebuild. The machine has been in… Read more

the Kubota Dealer workshop for 5 weeks. No parts in the country, but may arrive end this week, Nov 25, 2022, but will not be unpacked and shipped from Melbourne until the end of next week Dec 01, 2022. All going to plan, I may have my Ride On Mower back mid December. The repair cost, estimated at $4500. I’m paying $200 each week to have part of my property mowed, the rest I do with a push mower. I’m 75 years old. There has been no offer, no assistance from Kubota to help me out. I have other Kubota equipment. Kubota could have transferred a transmission from a stock unit to my machine but declined to do so. There has been no offer to discuss costs, but it is under consideration. Buy Kubota, never again.

Battery replacement issue – In Jan 2021 I had to buy a new battery for my BX 2360. Went to dealer who supplied a Delco battery that was supposed to fit based on Kubota Aust specs BUT it didn't. Battery was taller which meant cables too short & if no insulation on cable ends or terminals they short out on holder or could cause fire. Ends up same issue with BX2370. Kubota Aust… Read more
