Kyocera Ecosys FS-1028 / 1128MFP

Don't Buy Kyocera Products – Spend over $1,000 on a FS-1128MFP Kyocera printer. Two years later it just quits and gives CF000 error code. Took it to two different service technicians recommended by Kyocera. It is going to cost more to fix than I paid for the printer. Called Kyocera and received no customer support whatsoever. Poor quality product. Poor customer service.

Generally a good medium size MFP, but some small issues – Great features such as networking, fax to email, scan to email and print to fax. Easy to configure and install. Some missing functionality such as inability to set fax prefix dialing code for PABX. Build seems a little flimsy with multipurpose tray sometimes falling open.
