Rude Staff – The staff ( Pinoy ) work at Lo Costa House & Party Pacific Werribee is so rude.

overcharged n rude staff – my mum purchased a 21st glass for $18.99 as that was what was displayed on shelf on 2 price tags . they charged her $19.99. my mum didnt realise this at the time so i went straight to the store n explained what happened with the receipt . the next day. they were verry rude n refused to refund the $1 difference . they said its not what the shelf… Read more

price says its what it scans at. the shelf price is still saying today $18.99. i took photos of this. n the scanning price is still$19.99. today... this is false advertising now if every product in store is scanning at $1 dollar more to what you think you are paying look how much they are overcharging n ripping customers off. this is the brand new store in karingal hub shoping centre . so my advice is dont shop there .

Terrible service & Terrible products – Very rude and unhelpful staff. The toys I purchased were broken, they would not exchange or refund even though I had a receipt. The homewards they sell do not last, the quality is cheap & nasty & overpriced! There are so many better quality stores to shop at. Do yourself a favor, keep your money & spend elsewhere. Anywhere is better than this store.
