Pricing and communication from the company is very good. My current wine advisor only takes my call and places orders i would prefer they explored products and promotions when i call as opposed to me doing research.

I have been purchasing wines for several years and found the wines were of excellent value. Customer service to be friendly, courteous and helpful. I hope to continue to purchase wine for my enjoyment. Show reply

I buy most of my wine from Lathwaites because it is incredibly cheap and the wines are very good - some are just excellent. you don't know what you will get quality wise, but Lathwaites have not let me down yet. Delivery is incredibly quick - often next dat.

The wines I receive from Laithwaites are good value for money however on all deliveries I have received, the courier has left the box of red wines in the sun, I have complained on several occasions but the courier keeps doing it even though there are shady areas in front of my house.

The red wine packs we have received have been of amazing quality. We have enjoyed trying different types of wines and winerys. Most of the wines have been delicious. The delivery has also been fast.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer experience ever! The staff are polite and sound professional, however nothing is resolved. My delivery sat with Aramex for 2 weeks and Laithwaites did zero to help. This is the most frustrating company who take no responsibility for anything. Lazy is the polite word. Do not bother, you will be given the runaround with no resolution in sight.

A lot of Laithwaites wine is very average and those that are of a better quality are very expensive. $50" bottles of wine and that is supported by Laithwaites habit of passing on their surplus stock of these brands as "secret" labels. In short, value for money is very poor. And duping customers is not helping their sales in the long term.

become a bit tacky, with the freebies that are used to attract sales, ie wine glasses and other stuff, I would expect members of wine clubs would have glasses, what next steak knives with a purchase of grange, in the quarterly magazine the $50.00 voucher looks good until you do your sums and realize it is not such a good deal because you have to spend more

Very good selection of a mixed dozen Australian wines (red / whites), with a bonus 2 bottles of Shiraz. Delivery was included, as well. No issues at all, good value overall.

I have bought wine from Laithwaite's 6 times now and have yet to find a wine I didn't enjoy. Prices are very fair and add to that the free bottles you can regularly receive it make them cheap. If you haven't tried them then I suggest you give it a go.

Laithwaites consistenly deliver fantastic lesser know Australian reds to me. As a retired red wine lover I really appreciate the value and the quality of the wines they offer. Show reply

Laithwaites has good mixed dozens, and form time to time, has outstanding discounts on top quality wines. You still have to work out what kinds of wines you like best, and sometimes need just a bit of trial and error to find your favourite brands. Delivery and packaging are good, and it can be great to have "15 bottles to the case". Show reply

I ordered a mixed dozen red wines which came with 3 bonus bottles of Angas King shiraz. Apart from the bonus my dozen included 2 bottles of Caravan Petiite Syrah and 2 bottles of Black Pig Shiraz, both in my favourite reds. It was an exceptional purchase which was delivered within 4 days. In retrospect I have previously ordered a similar dozen. Highly recommended Show reply

Wines are variable in taste and quality. Overall the quality is well above average. Enjoy the selection variety which is a plus compared to consuming the same wine every couple of nights. The listed retail price of the wines is sometimes inflated, particularly the "bonus" bottles that might be included as an extra with their retail price quoted as e.g $75. which is unrealistic. I buy Australian shiraz and it is very good value... much better tasting than wine at the same price point at retailers. Boxes are usually 15 bottles, much heavier than a retailers box of 6. Show reply

We have just started drinking our second order from Laithwaites. We have been very pleased and surprised with the quality and price of the wines. We were in another wine club many years ago but dropped out because the wines were no better value than we could get at the local bottlo and regularly included a couple of stinkers. So far with Laithwaites we are way above expectations. Show reply
