I bought the 5000 laser power bank and it only recharged my phone once then it stopped working I’ve recharged it tried to reset it and it is non responsive the only time the lights come on is when I plug it into the wall but when I plug my phone into it nothing happens. Don’t waste your money on this cheap rubbish. I will be returning this piece of garbage to bigw next time I go there.

Low capacity, discharges very quickly and produces excessive heat – Purchased a 10,000mAh Laser power bank about 6 months ago. I noted it would not fully charge my iPad, would discharge very quickly and produce excessive heat when discharging. I did a capacity test on it and it only has 1708mAh. What a waste of money

Laser 20000mAh Power Bank suitable for the local Tip waste – My advice, do not buy this rubbish. Spent over $60, to purchase the Laser 20000 mAh Power Bank, bought based on the professional seller's glowing description and functionality. Pros- Modern looking design, power BLANK box Cons- It is useless, will not charge, despite using the provided charging cable and my hours of waiting for this dud power bank's LED flashing charge light to climb from '0.00. Never happened

Overseas Laser 'phone technical Support Staff' is a recorded message "we will get back to you." No you did not.

Another example of being exploited by 'hard sell tactics,' leaving me with an expensive loss, a product worthy of the local Tip bin and renewed belief to not trust retail sellers.

Blew up my $1,100.00 phone! – I bought a new Laser power bank from Big W last week and plugged in my phone and it instantly froze and went black! I lost 3 years of work and notes and data. Everything is gone and I am not happy. I paid about $1100.00 for my phone at jbhifi. Its now a useless brick. Thanks Laser. I contacted Laser about it to warn others. The Laser service guy was so arogant! He said it could not be a power surge and it was a coincidence! Well the coincidence cost me $1100.00. Then why does Laser print on the bottom front cover "protection from surges". I cant believe this arrogant customer service rep was treating someone who was trying to warn them. I was calm until he called me a liar. I then had to hang up. I had a meeting with some Big W staff, one manager said that they may have to pull all their stock and have a call back if any other customers have the same problems. Please choose your power bank carefully as I do not want anyone to go through the stress and financial loss that what I went through.
