The overall experience was really ggod and straight forward. The only feedback will be that after the loan has been activated the customer receives an SMS with the account number and bpay details.

Worst customer service.They keep charging money and never send a message regarding.
I called them to pay off the whole amount and close my account but the rude operator told me to call again to close my account. Never ever recommend to anyone.Worst,worst and worst.

Fraudulent transactions and Bpay fees - the card chip is not secure as they had claimed !!
They claimed that I use the card at the locations of those transactions I never go to and claimed below statement. I am telling you their chip is not secure ! I did not buy from those shops and no where near those shops locations.
Furthermore, they charged $0.95 when you pay the the bill !
"Your card contains a microchip, which is nearly impossible to copy. This chip was read wirelessly by the merchant’s EFTPOS device, meaning that your card was in the store for the transaction."
No reason to decline a credit of 1.200 to pay in 12 months for a guy like me that earns approximately AU$ 3.700/MONTH. They won't help over the chat system which is useless.. Out-sourced companies will pick up your call probably from India... -5 stars...!!!
Do not get a credit card through lattitude
Approved me for a $6000 credit card and then disabled it 2 days after because they needed me to supply documents ect... told me it was going to be under review and I was getting a phone call within the next couple of days. Fast track 2 weeks later today I rang up and told them my lawyer was present and I was recording the the phone which they also do- manager hung up on me?! How hards it too tell me what’s going on with the credit card I’ve already spent money on and then had it taken off me? Do not go through LATTITUDE.
My Customer assisttance person was extremely helpful and made the whole process very easy. Just fill in the application form; provide 2 payslips and they did all the rest. Too Easy.

Pretty poor customer service. They keep sending me email to put date of birth in the box to view my statement and it doesn't accept. I rang 3 times and yet still no go. I never heard of a company that doesn't have an online statement you keep track of your payments. Pretty poor and unacceptable!
Trans people stay away from this company
Their attitude towards trans customers is disgusting. Deadnaming for two years, misgendering when I call Up and refusal to enter into decent negotiations when I tried to resolve the matter. Trans people should stay away from them completely. Their systems and staff are archaic apparently.
Worst loan company with illogical criteria
Had a personal loan through these guys in 2017 with a term of 2 years for 13 grand.
Ended up finishing 4 months in advance, perfect record with them. $153 a week I paid.
Soon as I finished, I reapplied for 15k over 7 years as I desperately needed a new car for work which equaled $68 a week. None of my circumstances changed since the first application, same job, same money, I own a house and also due for a promotion at work soon.
Got knocked back cause I had a 3 and a 4 on my credit report for my mortgage with RAMS over a year and a half ago du...e to a tenant smashing my place up and skipping on a promised back pay of rent which left me down almost 3500 in back pay plus 1k for damages to my property. So that 3 on my mortgage overrode my better then perfect record with latitude and for a weekly value of 2.5x less then what I’ve been paying without fail for the past 2 years. They told me they would call me back in half hour with a decision. 4 hours later still nothing so I had to call them. They were apparently too crap to even bother ringing me and we’re going to send me a letter in the mail. (What....) Who makes these decisions? Do they even have an education or are they even knowledgeable in anything to do with finance or common sense? Not even Alec Baldwin can save this failing floptard of a company. Avoid at all costs, I will heavily discourage anyone who asks me about them and even go out of my way to bring them into mention them as incompetent and useless. Go to a big bank, the little guys have to keep their gold close and only lend to credit scores of 850. Even their interest rates are below average (10.9%) i was offered. They couldn’t even offer me a solution or lower amount or anything so now I’m left without a car and probably going to lose my job and maybe even my house cause of this.
Terrible experience all round
I was thinking about consolidating my loans for a while now, a few weeks back latitude called me asking that since I’m a customer their personal loan rates have dropped and was wondering if I wanted one. So I applied and was declined. What is the point of hassling me every week for something that couldn’t be offered? These guys have got me into this mess from the start, letting 20 year olds decide who to approve and decline
Don’t bother with them
They lie to you saying your application has final approval then turn around and say no it isn’t without a reason. Then you have them stuck on your credit score.
