The writing on the jar and bottle are too small to read. Do the cream and serum contain SPF and do you have to use the serum first and then the cream.

1800891350 is their Australian contact. I was very polite but firm and they have returned half. They swear they have cancelled further orders as I dont want to have to change my credit card. Good luck.
Just like every review I’ve read since I just received another bottle of cream WHICH I DID NOT ORDER today, what a total scam. Your add on Facebook said we only pay the postage for the FREE sample bottle of cream. I would like my money refunded and DO NOT send any more and DO NOT take any more money from my account. You’re a company of scammers, SHAME ON YOU!!!!
You are lucky they took my money but I never got the cream . I had to stop my card at the bank to stop them getting more money
I asked what the excess charges would be in an email as I was unable to find them online or in the terms and conditions. They came back saying the only way they could help me was for me to call their Australian office and talk to them to come to a resolve. I don't want to resolve anything, I just want information. Why won't they put it in writing??????? Bunch of scammers, that's why.

Yes, total scammers.I've accepted begrudgingly that money is gone and a lesson has been learned. I called their supposed Australian office and spoke to a woman in California who kept going on about the terms and conditions but refused to let me return the product and get a refund. My bank also knew of the scam, but the scammers were still able to access my credit card details. I can't believe it hasn't been flagged and shut down. So damn frustrating !!!!
How do I get in touch with these people to cancel any more free samples and credit card withdrawals?
We were scammed by these people, we googled them & +61 1800891350, told them to cancel the order & the hassle of cancelling our credit cards, then had to put a complaint form to our bank, hoping to get our money back

Same here I jumped up and down on the1800 number and was told 50% refund will be returned still not happy but better than nothing oh could take up to 20 days for it to appear in my account . But my bank also looking into it and I had to cancel my card . Never again
I rang that number a couple of times and spoke to them about it but on the third time I rang the same number they had cleverly diverted it to johnson & johnson who has got nothing to do with lavere

Oh Maureen, have you read the reviews? Unfortunately this company has been taking large sums of money from credit cards that are completely unauthorised. I’m a huge user and critic of non-surgical anti-aging products and techniques and this cream is similar to sorbolene cream. I’m tempted to recommend what I find to be the best, however with a science degree I know it’s all dependent on your own personal skin type, lifestyle etc so if anything I wouldn’t recommend this product at the price point it’s placed itself at all.

Sorry Maureen, I am not very sure about the product because I didnt use it, but PLEASE EVER NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS. I finally ended up with cancelling my credit card and apply a new one as most of us had to do after they've made unauthorised transactions using our credit cards. Read all other reviews then you will understand what's happening, DON’T BE CAUGHT UP, THIS IS A BIG SCAM….

Wilma, I suggest you cancel your order with them asap. Check the reviews. After 21 days they start charging you $145 plus per product. I have just found they have taken over $500 from my credit card.

Hello Jane. Bank cancelled my card, bank told me the company will continue to take funds out of the account if the card is active

Where do I return the cream to as not wanted and do not want deliveries of cream? and want to cancel all contact with this firm.
Hi, I was scanned a few years ago on a different product (weight loss). The only way you can stop it is by contacting your Bank and immediately cancelling your credit card. Contacting the "firm" won't make any difference. Block them on your emails etc.
I do not wish to get any more of this product. I seem to be allergic to it and have come out in eczema. Where can I return the anti aging moisturing creme and the anti wrinkle complex which arrived today. I need a return address. I want this month's money returned.
