What's happened to their perfumes? – I have just received 2 perfumes from Le Reve, 5 star strength supposedly. I can barely smell the fragrance when it's on. Big waste of money, I use to regularly buy and absolutely love a couple of their fragrances. However, now they smell like a cheap fragrance you could buy for $20. Lost a customer here!

Amazing products – I absolutely love the aromatherapy. It has amazing benefits for our family of 6. Candles are very highly quality and the scent is amazing. The skin care delivers real results Parfume range is absolutely outstanding I challenge you to try LeRêve it’s definitely a game changer Customer service is very good. It’s definitely a company that stands by there motto of people first , always !!! Thank you LeRêve for the amazing products you provide

Short of perfect – Love their perfumes and oils. I am disappointed with their candles. Their scents are non existent. Am surprised given the fact their perfumes and oils are highly scented. Shame. I do hope they will improve this.

Poor excuse of a company – This company should be extremely embarrassed as to how they run their company, and also how they encourage their consultants to do their job. I ordered a candle back in August 2020, and was advised I would have it within two weeks. What wasn’t mentioned was the candle I had ordered was out of stock. December and you guessed it, January. January comes and goes and still no candle. It wasn’t until MARCH 2021 that I finally received the candle I paid for. When the candle finally did arrive there was a hair in it and no warning label on the bottom which is compulsory under Australian law. While I understand that 2020 was everything but normal, selling an out of stock product and not advising a customer is absolutely humiliating. Not to mention the consultant suddenly dropped off the face of the earth and I never heard from them again. I will never ever support this company ever again and neither will anyone that I know. I have no issue speaking out about my experience because no one should be treated the way that I was.

Products are good – Products are great but if you ever have to return a product or get a refund due to items not showing up the process is painstakingly slow and consultants rude.....

Do not purchase from this company – Do not purchase anything from this company! They are a total rort! They are continuing to sell products and host parties when they cannot supply the products (which is against the law) and they lie through their teeth about refunding your money! Let the reviews on product review and on their facebook page do the talking! Do not purchase from this company!!

school. Stress Less and Brain Power blends saved us in thr diffuser during Covid19 Home Schooling and Winter Wellness diffuser during the night in our living area to kill airborne bacteria. We have a large collection of candles which im always getting compliments on when guests come to visit as well as the reed diffusers to freshen up my bathrooms. I am in LOVE with my Designer 15 , Dolce Garden perfume and always get compliments on this when I'm out and about. Im so grateful for these amazing TGA listed products in my house.

Misleading and decietful company – Attended Lereve party on 09082020 and spnt $1500+ on products, and told they would be delivered within 7-10 days. No contact from the consultant about any delays, or sourcing products at all and they have continued to say it will be next week, and then the next and then the next. Its been 7 weeks now and they still won't provide tracking details or refunds. Will be reporting them to the ACCC

help it’s going a month now and my customers products not completely delivered. Ask for refund, refuse to do a customer full refund, it getting nowhere with this company, be careful, it’s an ablsolute mess!!

Companies like Partylite have never messed me around Partylite is a reliable company always been happy with the service.

Le Rêve Products – I absolutely love, love, love Le Rêve products!!! I have purchased so much of their products, and I'm in love with it all. Especially the aromatherapy essential oils for my children & home. Very affordable, luxurious, glamorous, organic, toxins/paraben free... etc The consultants are always very polite and helpful :)

Customer service. Doesn't exist – I use to really like le reve but after their treatment of me about ten years ago I have nothing to do with them. I had bought their products and had a favourite perfume, which they did delete from their range. I had a party at my place but all of my orders were not delivered, neither was my reward for having he party. I tried many times to follow… Read more

this up. First by the person who ran the party, who stop being a rep. Then but other reps. In the end I called myself on several occasions. Each time I was treated like I was trying to rip them off and was lying to them. It's over ten years now and I have never received any of what I paid for and am owed. Le reve are bad business people and I will never have anything to do with them again so watch out you don't get caught. Le reve you need lessons in customer service.

Be careful when opening the package of the Aroma lights or LE REVE candles – I purchase this product at a LE REVE Party recently. I did not buy any oils as I found them very expensive but I did buy their candles as I already had one of their burners. When I received the candles and tried opening the bag I somehow manage to hit my right thumb against the rim or edge of the case where one of the candles came in, causing a… Read more

fairly deep cut on my thumb. On closer examination I noticed the rim was very rough. I suppose what I did was silly but I also thought it was dangerous. I reported it to the Le Reve Consultant I bought it from and she assured me they had never had such accident and they had sold thousands of these candles. She asked me how it happened and I replied to her in a text but I did not hear back from her at all so I texted her again today to ensure she had notified Le Reve of this, because, silly as it may be and sound, it could be potentially very dangerous for a child or even another silly grown up like me. She replied saying that she had notified Le Reve and they were very grateful for my feedback. I believe I should have heard from the Head Office directly and straight away but I guess not so. So please be careful when opening the wrapping of these particular candles.
