No refunds, just a 6 month store credit and no free returns for faulty items. website looks Ai and one influencer claims, so no wonder the clothes dont look the same as on site.

The delivery was organised through Couriers Please.
I have had 2 failed deliveries in the past week. I worked from home for 2 days as they only give a timeframe of 2 working days and expect you to be home for the entire day with no time window for delivery.
I have spoken and written to Couriers Please on several occasions and the only other solution it provides, aside from waiting home for 2 days, is to pick it up from their depot in Truganina which would be approx 1hr 10min return trip.
I have also contacted Oodie several times regarding the issue and whilst it has been polite, it has offered no alternative solution either. It has followed up with Couriers Please which only resulted in another failed delivery. I was working from home and made myself available for 8 hours, yet Couriers Please did not even attempt to ring my doorbell.
I asked Oodie to cancel the order and send me another via AusPost, yet it insists that it follows up with Couriers Please yet again.
Worth adding that Couriers Please has a 1.3/5 rating online from over 13,000 customers, with many having the same issue as myself.
It would make sense for Oodie to consider another delivery partner as the cost of using Couriers Please would surely have a detrimental impact on its business.
I am most saddened as the Oodie was doing to be my daughter’s main birthday gift this weekend and it looks like she won’t receive it at all.

in this bond/glue caused severe chemical burning to my fingers, specifically around my cuticles.
The product caused intense redness, active burns, and raw skin. Because of this reaction, I was unable to get my nails done for my wedding and had to have our wedding ring photos edited and cropped to hide the damage to my hands.
I do not have sensitive skin and I have no allergies outside of a specific seaweed. I fell for the common "no harsh chemicals" claim, but evidently, there are very harsh ingredients in this formula. Benefit of the doubt? Maybe I got a bad batch, but the likelihood of that is slim.
I paid a chunk of money for this product just to end up with chemical burns. I absolutely do not recommend this product. People need to be aware of what they are actually putting on their skin.

has thinned out since I started using it and how deconditioned it is. I have monitored the amount of hair that falls out every morning for the past month since starting. The reason for this is because I was looking for a decrease in the amount of hair falling out but instead what I observed was that the amount of hair falling out more than doubled on a daily basis . I persisted because I did some research and was led to believe that it is normal to experience an increase in hair fallout when you start a hair growth product but that this should subside within three to four weeks I am now on my fifth week of using it and there has been no change so I will not be using this product again. $175 to end up with much less hair than I started. Extremely disappointed to say the least.

consistently referring me to Aramex. A month later after calling and emailing every week Aramex advise they have lost my consignment and to contact Seller. I contacted Strawberry net ‘who advised they cannot help me, contact Aramex for a reimbursement.
So if you like to throw away hard earned money in exchange for no product ‘shop at strawberry net’.

when I have to like good at the office. My only issue is the sizing. I wear a medium in every shirt I've ever bought. I bought the medium Nashie and it was enormous. Maybe that's beneficial in the water, but I ordered one size down and it fit great. Maybe the Aussies are just bigger? Maybe I'll regret the size Small on the beach next week.

The headline for the socks I bought said they were 'wool socks'. On arrival I noticed that they were only 40% wool (which I now see was buried in the fine print on the website). Very disappointing.
** Colours don't match what is on the website ** The photos on the website are super saturated, making the colours look really bright. The socks I got were significantly less bright than the photos.
** Entrapment style post-checkout deals ** I've never seen this before - after I checked out, I was shown another deal which wasn't on the website. There was a countdown timer to put the pressure on. I swear I didn't actually click to accept that deal, but somehow they came through. It's possible I did accidentally click it...in any case it felt really icky that after I'd made my decision, they revealed deals that weren't available before.
Will be actively discouraging anyone from buying these.
