I knew I was leaving for overseas in 12 days. 6 days later and the order still HAS NOT been even touched and best part is I actually contacted the support team and requested cancellation of my order given it was unlikely to arrive before I left and NO RESPONSE!!! I don’t know who claims this place has great customer service because it is non existent with online orders! They ghost you once they have your money! My previous 4 orders have also had issues (delays, supplying only 1 instead of 2) but I have kept giving these guys a chance because they have always said it was a once off or had some plausible excuse. I’m sorry but 4/4 stuff ups - no more! I will be shopping elsewhere from now on and I would strongly advise any person considering ordering online - DON’T! - You will spend more time chasing these guys than it would take for you to go into store and buy it yourself! The order was made twice. That's fine. I was informed a cancel link was available. I pressed the link and it shut down every single time. From my understanding cancel orders were have to be done in 90 minutes. I was 10 minutes in so I sent a contact to them with a photo demonstrating the time and the time that I made the purchase the two order numbers and which order number needed to be cancelled as it was a duplicate.

Attached is the email correspondence that I got from them. Acknowledging what I did but not being able to assist and remedy it when I did everything possible but their system glitched is very disappointing.

One of the things I love most, though, is something I didn’t really expect when I bought it. I have two daughters, aged 18 and 23, and every three weeks we make a night of doing each other’s nails. It has become such lovely quality time together — we sit, talk, laugh and do our nails, and I genuinely look forward to it.

The products are beautiful quality, the results keep improving as we get better at the application, and I love that we can have gorgeous nails at home while being more conscious about the products we are using.

For me, Glamrdip has become much more than just a nail kit. It’s self-care, quality time with my girls, beautiful nails and a little ritual we all enjoy together. I love every aspect of it and couldn’t recommend it more highly.

parcel unattended on my front porch, where it was subsequently stolen. Given that no one was available to receive the package, it should have been taken to a nearby post office or collection point instead of being left exposed.

What made this experience even more frustrating was the lack of support from the Pump Haircare team. Despite explaining the situation, I received little assistance from Amanda and no meaningful effort was made to help resolve the issue or provide a satisfactory outcome.

As a customer, I expect both reliable delivery practices and responsive customer service when things go wrong. Unfortunately, Pump Haircare failed on both counts. I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience.

dresses returned but only 1 refunded. Their error not mine. I haven't received any replies from customer happiness team despite several emails. Poor customer service. I would never purchase on this website again as it's a complete scam and impossible to get your money back even if you abide by their return terms. I'm absolutely devastated as i now can't attend an event as I don't have a dress and Showpo haven't even given me a courtesy of a reply. Their live chat doesn't exist... like there just isn't one anywhere on the website.

money-I purchased (for my wife) two shirts Size 8, one exactly the same as last season ($49 half price), which worked out ok. The new season shirt was also Size 8 ($99) and 1-2 sizes bigger. and commented on how nice they look. The wool blend socks do pill quite a bit, but no worse than other woollen socks I've owned in the past (and definitely less susceptible to contraction/felting than pure wool).
