The issue that lets them down is longevity bought 8 pairs within a year 2 were in the bin when they ripped at the seams, and now another pair needs to go. Looking at comments on Reddit quality has dropped in the last few years which is a real shame, the cynic in me says to get people to buy more often.

The issue is, they dont care what your delivery instructions are. My order was to be delivered at a business address during business hours. The driver rocks up after hours, when the business is of course unattended and leaves the parcel at the door, despite not being safe to leave.

Moreover, I contacted their customer service to ask about my order, no response. Abysmal service. Be careful where you get your order delivered.

The reason for this is because I was looking for a decrease in the amount of hair falling out but instead what I observed was that the amount of hair falling out more than doubled on a daily basis . I persisted because I did some research and was led to believe that it is normal to experience an increase in hair fallout when you start a hair growth product but that this should subside within three to four weeks I am now on my fifth week of using it and there has been no change so I will not be using this product again. $175 to end up with much less hair than I started. Waited for a couple of months and still haven’t received the exchange so I followed up with Nashie as to where the exchange request is at. Nashie have advised they haven’t received the return, and will not exchange the shirt, nor provide a refund I’m assuming seeing as they haven’t offered me one. Australia Post only holds tracking numbers in the AusPost app for 90 days so I can no longer track the package. Even the text from Australia Post is only valid for 30 days. Terrible outcome for me the customer to have purchased a $90 rashie, then paid for postage on top of it, plus paying again for return postage, only to be left with nothing at all. I’ve only written 1 bad review for an online purchase in my life and I buy online a lot, sadly this is the second bad review I’ve ever had to write. Very disappointed with my experience and will not shop with Nashie again.

I always find my formal dresses for events through Meshki. While shipping can sometimes take a little longer, I always make sure to order well in advance, and I’ve never had an issue.
