I ordered a 90L wine fridge from LECAVIST for a wedding present in November. A few weeks later I am informed it’s out of stock and not available until February (3 months wait). I said this was too late, so they offered two 50L fridges instead. I accepted this offer late November, and despite multiple follow ups I have not received a response (for over a month). Incredibly poor customer service.

service issue and that I was about to write a review and their response would be taken in to consideration. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Rien. Pfffft. So then I get the mail today to remind me to leave a review. Service…there is none. Customer care, response to emails…nope, there isn’t any. They did apologise for my experience earlier on and sent a Langtons wine voucher, which they were giving away during Black Friday sales anyway (not with my purchase though). So two sales people, Tom and Ilias (I think) both told me that the motor and fan on this fridge switch on and off and the noise of 43db only occurs when it is running. They are both wrong. I have since been told that the fridge fan is always running and the noise is constant. How it regulates humidity when it is running all the time I have no idea. How it only uses 169kWh annually, I have no idea. I have repeatedly asked for clarification and my requests have been unanswered. It seems they don’t care once they sell you a fridge that they have misinformed you about. I still have an unanswered support request from three weeks ago. [Name Removed] did say to me that they are a new company and ironing out issues. They’ve been in business 6 years. I think they should have ironed out issues by now. I still don’t know if [Name Removed] or his co founder even know, or care, how bad things are in the background. I would strongly recommend to pay more and buy from a more reputable brand and don’t be sucked in by the ambassador or restauranteur endorsements. So disappointing. They could have fixed the issues by actually responding to their customers. I am worried I will need the extra 6 months warranty I get from submitting a review.

The 56 bottle model was won as a prize in a competition. It has not worked properly since it was first switched on. Air can move easily between the 2 different zones and so the 2 zones are continually fighting against each other. Compressor turning on and off every 10 mins or so and neither zone maintain8ng correct temperature. Very poorly designed.

Purchased a wine fridge and then wanted an extra shelf and they won’t deliver it because Darwin is too far from their warehouse!! What are they planning on hand delivering it? I have never heard of such a ridiculous thing. Can deliver a 105 bottle fridge but not a shelf. Sounds like they just don’t want to help. I’m dumbfounded. Would have bought a different brand if I had known they were so unhelpful.

Great fridge slight change in design could be very beneficial – Just got my fridge delivered today, as stated in the specs it is definitely not designed for burgundy bottles but it is still amazing. Maybe for future models a flip feature for the racks so you can cram more bottles in.

Wine Fridge – Chose fridge brand based on excellent reviews on this site. Purchased as a Father’s Day present. Delivery was excellent, price was good, fridge is great. Beautifuly Crafted Wine Fridge – Very happy the the purchase of my wine fridge. I recently purchased the Lecavist 97 Bottle Wine Fridge Single Zone Black LCS100VN model. The quality is excellent and it is super quiet. I love the wine glass racks and it also fits a decanter perfectly on the top shelf. Excellent customer service from Margaret. Thanks again.

LeCavist 226 bottle wine fridge – Great quality product. Looks great, shelving was of a high standard, and the unit operates well and reasonably quiet. I also love the features such as the champagne box, and the glassware racks.

Incredible value for money – Having the two zones allows me to cellar whites and reds in the same fridge. Nice size for a small collection. Well finished and great features (dual zone, LED lighting) for the price point.
